A	A N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミの殆どが店員について書かれてありますが、私も同意見です。コアな顧客やプライスカードも見ないで高額商品お買い上げするお客以外には接客はしない方針なのかな？関西には大阪店・京都店・神戸店とありますが、どちらも似たり寄ったり。まあ私自身は高額商品を何も考えずに買える立場ではないので、店舗とは無関係な立場なお客の１人ですが（笑）。昔から疑問に感じているのですが、ロンハーマンは何故ネット購入出来ないのだろう？店舗に足を運べる人にしか販売しない主義なんでしょうね。大阪店にはありませんがソープトピアなら通信販売をしてくれます。過去に１度、関東圏にしか取り扱いの無い商品の通信販売を某店舗にて頼みましたが梱包が乱雑で酷かったです。数年前、インスタグラムで意識高い系がロンハーマンでお買い物したらステイタスがあるかの如く投稿を競っていましたが、現在ではその購入した商品等々はどうなったのかな？（笑）。そもそもロンハーマンはサザビーズ系列店で、セレブ愛用デニム・マザー等々とライセンス契約をしているので、ベイクルーズ系列店やその他のセレクトショップはその点ではいつまでも勝てないですね。だから胡座をかいてるのかもしれません。あくまでも個人的な見解ですが。 Most of the reviews are written about the clerk, but I agree.
