★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはいいのですが、店員の態度が恐ろしくひどいです。入店退店してもいらっしゃいませありがとうござしましたの一言がないのはもちろん、服に関する質問をしても上から目線で見下して来ます。自分たちが服に関して知識が多いから偉いとでも思っているのでしょうか。人間的に同化していると思うので、態度を改めた方がいいと思います。この店には二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客の勉強してないんですかね？レベルです。口コミ通りの接客です(笑)ミスも多いですし、謝罪ができない人が多すぎます。どうゆう風にスタッフを育てているんでしょうか。
スタッフのミスはトゥモローランド本社に連絡した方がいいですよ。ミスを隠されていて、本社に電話してやっと話がすすみました。こちらで買い物することは二度とないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年以上前に行った時は確かに接客がイマイチだったので足が遠のいていましたが、先日久しぶりに入った際に接客していただいた黒髪の女性店員さんはとても良い接客で嬉しかったです。本当に当たる人によりますね。
品揃えは好きなので店員さん全体の質が上がる事を願います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really really badly truly IMPOLITE and RUDE. Even if it is a concept of this shop, they should respect the customer. One of their staffs just pushed with their hand without notice, and he didn't say any sorry words. He even pushed my wife. What he did after that rude act was just adjust pants in the hanger. What a crazy act it is.
The collection of clothing and shoes were also not that good. Weird and not to be sold in regular store in its own brand. Brand naming was good, but no one will want to buy them in its own flagship store. (Moncler, Nike, Acne and so on)
I hope this kind of store cannot be the top consideration for customers. Seriously.
