R	Rising “English Rising” English on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもいいお店です。私はコーヒーマニアでもなくジャズへの造詣も全くないですが、このお店ではとても落ち着いた時間を過ごせています。店内では読書をすることが多いのですが、鳴っている音も大きすぎず小さすぎずで、ちょうどよいです。このお店に通うようになってからも、特にジャズファンになったわけではないですが、かかっている曲を調べて家で聴くことはちょくちょくあります。1種類だけのコーヒーも十分美味しいです。他の口コミで書かれているように、確かに店長の対応が独特なところはあります。ですが、私が見ている限り、いわゆる常識的な過ごし方をしているお客さんには丁寧に対応されています。このGoogle口コミに悪口を書いている人がいますが、たぶん、それはそういう対応をされて仕方ないくらいの態度をとっていたんだと思います。会話やPC禁止、といったお店ルールも、お店のSNSアカウント見ればわかることですし、入り口にもちゃんと記載してあります。複数人で入ってくるお客さんにも、きちんと説明されています。もちろん、お店との相性の良し悪しは人それぞれ。Google口コミに悪口を投稿するのも個人の自由です。でも気に入らない店があったとしても、その店には二度と行かず、黙って自分が好きな店に行っていればいい話だと思うんですけどね。自分が好きな店が（おそらく）変なクレーマーじみた人にディスられてるのを見ると、悲しくなってしまい、この口コミを投稿します。繰り返しになりますが、静かに落ち着いて時間を過ごしたい人には、ほんとにいいお店ですよ。 It's a very nice shop. I'm not a coffee enthusiast and have no knowledge of jazz, but I'm having a very calm time at this shop. I often read in the store, but the sound is not too loud and not too quiet, which is just right. I haven't become a jazz fan since I started going to this shop, but I often check the songs that are playing and listen to them at home. Only one type of coffee is delicious enough. As written in other reviews, the store manager's response is certainly unique. However, as far as I can see, we are politely dealing with customers who have a so-called common sense way of spending. There are people who are slandering this Google word of mouth, but I think that it was an attitude that could not be helped by such a response. You can understand the store rules such as conversation and PC prohibition by looking at the store's SNS account, and it is properly written at the entrance. It is explained properly to customers who come in with multiple people. Of course, each person has different compatibility with the store. Individuals are free to post bad words on Google reviews. But even if there is a store that I don't like, I think it's a good idea to never go to that store again and just go to the store you like silently. I'm saddened to see my favorite store being dissed by (probably) weird claimers, so I'll post this review. Again, it's a really good place for those who want to spend their time quietly and calmly.

T	T I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長の応対が最悪。注文はできますか？と聞いたら、『ダメです！』だって。見向きもせずにです。びっくりしました。応対が終わってます。。。音も終わってます。ジャズ喫茶を名乗ってるのに、スピーカーに正体できる座席が2つしかない。終了です。さらに音量がBGMレベル。スピーカーは往年の名機JBLC38バロン。全く鳴らしきれてない。。。名機が泣いてますね。これなら5千円のミニコンボスピーカーで良くないですか？よくこれでジャズ喫茶を名乗れますね。この音で鳴らしてて恥ずかしくないのでしょうか。つまり雰囲気だけのための単なる飾りでした。。。私は近々、C36かC38を購入予定で楽しみにしてきたのにがっかりです。 1時間後に追加注文したら、『2時間制で、もう1時間しか入られませんけどよいですか？』だって。追加注文してるのに。。。僕以外に1人しか客いないのに。。。よく見たらメニュー表紙の裏に小さなフォント8-9ぐらいで2時間制と書いてあります。ドアとかにもっと分かりやすく書いて欲しいです。ルールなら仕方ありませんが。。。それにしても言い方が失礼でした。接客以前に、普通の会話としても話し方が失礼で不快レベルです。慇懃無礼で高圧的な物言いをしてきます。 JBLのインタビューで、『もともとIT系の企業にいましたが、会社勤めがまったく向かず』と発言してますが、会社勤めに向いてないのではなく、それ以前の問題だと思う。 2度と行かないです。 The store manager's response is the worst. An oasis of cool and calm on a stifling August afternoon. I'd be a permanent fixture if I lived in or near Nakano. Every city needs a Rompercicci.
