新	新潟太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低の接客です。特に男性の従業員はお前どうせ買えないんだろう的な接客しかしません。いや、自分が欲しいモデルが全然そろっていないから買わないだけなんだと思いながら、半笑いのような、馬鹿にされた接客を受けます。特に男性の若手～中堅スタッフの接客レベルは最低です。外商と一緒に一度行った際は、まともな対応でしたが、その後、時間が経って一人でふらっと行ったら、上記のような対応でした。伊勢丹の中のほかの有名なブランドのブティックでは外商と一緒じゃなくても、一人で行ってもちゃんとした接客を受けられますが、ロレックスだけは馬鹿にされたような接客をされます。研修中的な名札を付けた男性スタッフにも同様の扱いを受けましたので、多分、客を客としてみる必要はないという指導をされているんだと思います。ここまで最低な接客を受けると笑ってしまうような感じになってしまいますが、そのくらい最低の接客です。運営をしている株式会社ホッタという会社自体の問題なのかもしれませんが、いずれにせよ、本当にひどい接客しかできません。もし行くなら外商を伴っていかないと不快な思いをする確率が高いです。久々にここまで不快な対応をされたなというくらい不快な対応でした。 It is the worst customer service.
