匿	匿名希望 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり前にここで時計を購入しましたが、翌日にテレビCMで購入特典でワインディングマシーンが貰えるキャンペーンが始まったことを知り、前日購入でも貰えるか電話で聞いてみたら対応できないとのこと。買う前に教えてくれたらキャンペーン期間中に買ったのに！不親切！購入して1ヶ月以内で手巻きが固いことに気付き、店頭に持ち込んだら店頭の商品と比較しても明らかに固いのに「こんなもんですよ。気になるなら一度お預かりして点検いたします。」とのこと不良品だから交換してくれとお願いしたら、「交換はできない」といわれ、やむなく点検に出し1ヶ月半くらいでスムーズに動くようになって戻ってきました。不良品を売り付けておきながら不親切！購入する時はカウンターに座って接客してもらったが、問い合わせとか修理の相談に関しては立ち話で終わらせます。不親切！客の要望は何一つと聞いてくれません。アフター最悪だと思います。高い買い物だけにアフターもしっかりして頂きたい。 I bought a watch here a long time ago, but the next day I learned that a campaign to get a winding machine as a purchase privilege started on a TV commercial, and when I asked if I could get it the day before, I could not respond.
