★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２０年以上前のエアコンや給湯器を全く更新しない。壊れた際に連絡しても業者から連絡させるだけで何もしない。そもそも不動産知識があるように感じない。なぜなら建物や設備に関する知識はなく、修繕計画すらない。オーナーからいくら盗るのかわからないが、管理はできていない。契約書も金額が間違ってたので退去時に敷金で揉めそうで不安。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約の内容では日割りで解約できることになっているができないと嘘をつく。2〜3日で連絡すると言ったが連絡がないため、こちらから連絡すると担当者が休みで他のものではわからない。次の日に何時から何時で連絡をお願いするとできないかもと曖昧な返事。解約で全てのお金を支払っているため、強気に出ている感じです。契約時はそういったことはなかったため、解約等のお金にならないことは雑なようです。解約時にトラブルになる可能性が高いため、お勧めは出来ません。

返金のため振込をお願いしようとしたところ
振込となると手数料が引かれますとの事
こちらに不備があった訳でもないのになんで手数料取られなきゃダメなんだ
と思い、他の方法は？と聞くと
引越し先も近いようなので時間のある時に取りに来てとのこと。
近いならそちらが出向けばいいのでは？
ミスは仕方ないですが、
