靖	靖貴田邉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段が高い！割りに蕎麦が少ない！ここは春日井市、田舎です。こだわりや素材に気を遣っているのもわかるが、ランチセットで¥1780とかなーいわー名駅の某高級蕎麦屋と同じ値段設定。でも、蕎麦は旨い。 expensive! There are few buckwheat noodles! 2	22 caddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２年ほど前に移転をして、更にお洒落なお蕎麦やさんへと生まれ変わっていた「三心」さん。白く清潔感のある外観。建物の脇を通って奥に進むと駐車場となっています。広くはありませんが、台数は確保されています。店内に入ると、客席まで長い廊下が続いています。細長い店内となっていて、奥に入ると、カウンターからは厨房が見え、右手にはテーブル席が並んでいます。以前のお店もコンクリートむき出しの壁があったりしてオシャレ感があった記憶がありますが、新しい店舗では更に明るくお洒落な雰囲気になっていました。おしぼりとそば茶が運ばれて来ます。このそば茶が美味しい。メニューは一応拝見します。蕎麦の種類も豊富なラインナップ。どんぶりも充実しています。天ぷらも旬のものを用意されています。お刺身も仕入れによってオススメが手書きで案内されています。一品メニューも充実していて、蕎麦屋さんと天ぷら屋さんと居酒屋さんが合体して、どんなシチュエーションにも使えるようになっています。ボトルキープをされている方がみえるようで、蕎麦前を超えた使い方をしている方々がうかがえます。 ●ざる蕎麦 800円 ●えび天丼ミニ 600円蕎麦は濃いめのつゆで味わいしっかりの喉ごしの良い蕎麦となっています。薬味のネギとわさび、そして、昆布と椎茸の佃煮が付いています。蕎麦湯は逆にサッパリタイプです。えび天丼も濃いめのタレが名古屋っぽくて美味しい天丼です。色合いも濃い味好きの名古屋流。少しだけ場所移動しても、相変わらずの人気の三心さんでした。スタッフの笑顔も嬉しいサービスです。美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。 “Sanshin”, who moved about two years ago, was reborn as a more stylish soba noodle.
