★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひねどりが大好物なので、通りすがりにみつけてはいりました。炭火で焼くので炭の香りがうつり、脂がのっててぷりぷりでした。とても新鮮らしく、藁焼きは表面を炙っただけのようです。歯ごたえがあり嫌な臭みはなく、しっかり鶏を味わえました。一人前の量が多めなので、お値打ちに感じます。それぞれの卓に排煙装置がついてます。あと、隣り合う卓には感染防止対策のシールドがついてました。今度は担々麺も食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春日井市内に２０２１年４月にオープンしたとり焼肉のお店、休日のランチで利用してみました。店内はカウンター４席とテーブル６卓の席数、１１時１０分ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは３組でしたがその後も続々とお客さんが来店して１１時３０分ころにはほぼ満席になっていました。
ランチメニューはとりの唐揚げ、とり焼肉、坦々麺、しょうゆラーメン、などがあり７８０円から１０８０円といった価格帯、ごはんもお代わり自由です。それにグランドメニューから注文することもできます。
その中からいただいたのはとり焼肉ランチ、お肉はとり焼肉のいろんな部位が入った盛り合わせ、それにサラダに小鉢、ご飯と味噌汁も付いています。お肉はむね、もも、はつ、ホルモンなどでしたが、どのお肉も臭みなどは感じることなくももやむね、はつは柔らかくて繊細な旨みが感じられて美味しい。ホルモンはしっかりした食感で悪くなかったです。
この内容で７８０円はすごくお値打ちですね。今度はグランドメニューからいろいろ頼んでお酒とともにいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。

It was almost full.
The lunch menu includes fried chicken, grilled chicken, dandan noodles, soy sauce ramen, etc. Price range from 780 yen to 1080 yen, rice can be replaced freely. You can also order from the grand menu.
Among them, I got a tori-yaki meat lunch, a platter of meat with various parts of tori-yaki meat, a salad, a small bowl, rice and miso soup. The meat was breast, thigh, hatsu, hormones, etc., but all the meat is delicious with a soft and delicate taste. The hormone had a firm texture and wasn't bad.
With this content, 780 yen is very good value. Next time, I would like to order various things from the grand menu and have them with sake, thank you for your feast.

鶏肉専門店だけあって、希少部位の取り扱い、カットの仕方がとても丁寧な仕込み。
特にハツ、皮は絶品(^^)
鶏ホルモンもコリコリした食感が病み付き。
ランチは土日もやっている所もオススメです。
春日井在住の方は是非一度ご賞味して頂きたいお店です。
