★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 製品の事でお客様サポートセンターに連絡した際、とても対応良くして頂いたばかりか不具合のあった製品に代わる新しい製品とハンドクリームまで付けて下さり驚きました。ロート製薬びいきになりそう。
When I contacted the Customer Support Center about the product, I was surprised that not only did they respond very well, but they also added a new product and hand cream to replace the defective product. Rohto Pharmaceutical is going to be a big fan.
