Y	Y U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エピのような形のフランスパン。中はしっかり目に詰まっておりしっとり感もちゃんとある。素朴な小麦の風味がするので、ちょいと塗った有塩バターの香りもしっかり立つ。軽く温めていただくと、外側の皮のパリパリ感が際立ち、中のやわらかい風味もより生きた。私は尖った部分のカリカリがとても好き。ちぎりやすい形のため、丁度よい大きさで手でボリッと小分けに出来、硬すぎないのでそのままかじりやすい。フランスパンなのに、ブレッドナイフとまな板がパンくずで汚れる事もなくとても楽ちん。勿論スライスしてみても美味しかったです。次回は食パンをいただいてみます。再訪: 夕方、焼きたての食パンに出会えました。しっかり分厚い4枚切りにしていただきました。まだまだ柔らかいので、平たく手に持って頑張って帰宅。ほのかにあたたかいものをそのままいただき、パンの良い香りを楽しめ、幸せでした。お値段もお安く嬉しいのですが、やはり原材料等の比例なのかな〜。リッチ感はないかな。素朴なデイリーの食パンとしては十分ですね。 French bread shaped like an epi.
