T	TADASHI UME on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八鹿氷ノ山ICからすぐ近い／レストランがきれい＆美味しい／大きい　の三拍子が揃った道の駅。名前のとおり、蔵に見立てた建物（写真撮るの忘れた……）がレストランです。日曜日14時ごろ食事のために立ち寄ったのですが、かなり席数多めにもかかわらず約10組待ち。このあたりは山椒が有名のようで、山椒うどんなど、他では食べられないものに目移りしながらも、山椒味噌かつ定食を注文。ごはんは350円（だったかと思います）追加でおこわに変更できるそうで、おこわに変更。但馬は但馬牛が有名だと思うのですが、八鹿豚というのも有名だそうで「幻の豚」と呼ばれているのだそうです。おそらくその豚を使っていると思われる、味噌かつも大変美味かったです。そしておこわもめっちゃ美味。今度は山椒うどんをいただきたいなと思います。お土産コーナーも大変充実しておりまして、定食に付け合わせでついていたお漬物、茄子の辛子味噌漬け、ゆべし、果物など購入。地野菜や植物、薪なども購入できます。近くに来たらぜひまた立ち寄りたい道の駅のエリートってかんじです。 Close to Yoka-Hyonosen IC / Beautiful and delicious restaurant / Roadside station with big triple time signature. そ	そっくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナのせいなのか…？？足湯はしてませんでした。お昼ご飯を…とおもい。とんカツの朝倉山椒のミソだれのやつが気になってたのですが、ラーメンに。チャーシュー麺。あっさりでおいしかったです? お土産屋さんで朝倉山椒のミソだれは買いました。デザートに朝倉山椒のソフトクリーム。これがまた、さっぱり&少しピリッと爽やかでおいしかったです。細かく砕かれたカリカリしたフレークが入ってて、食感も楽しめました。 Is it because of Corona ...? ??
