Roadside station Tsuwano Onsen Nagomi-no-Sato - Kanoashi District

売店も広く、日帰り入浴も出来、レストランまである。 そのため、週末は混みぎみ。 売店のおばさんは日によってメチャクチャ態度悪い。? 津和野はチラチラ接客の感じ悪いのが悲しい。 素敵な店もあるけど。

津和野の端っこにある 温泉付きの道の駅です ここで食事して温泉♨️に入って車中泊してる人も沢山いるみたいでした 駅までは少し遠いからココを拠点に歩いて津和野観光は無理です

お手洗いウオッシュレット有ります。 外お手洗いは数は少ないです。 店舗は広くて沢山のお土産物が 有ります。 キャッシュレスできますが1000円 以上と書いていました。

山口から来て、堀庭園のライトアップを見に行く途中、通りがかりに立ち寄りました。駐車場が広いです。 きれいな施設で店内も衛生的で明るいです。 島根のお土産を買って、レストランで割子そばをいただきました! 温泉もありました。

I love this onsen. Usually In japan the onsen are very very hot, this one is not so hot so I can relax myself. Also there is an outside bath, with a nice garden

Comfortable parking at a very nice hotspring. Recommend this place.

I like restaurants with big windows and views and the restaurant here has walls made of glass. Sure they are only facing the car park but you can see the surrounding hills and a car park is better than a white wall, to me. Unfortunately however, the Japanese customers may not be so into views, preferring instead their privacy, so the management have arranged the tables in islands away from the windows with the walk ways alongside the windows. Despite their best intentions, therefore, is a bit like being seated in the middle of an amphitheatre. The food rice omelette, fox (deep fried tofu) udon noodles, fox sushi, and the set menu in black vinegar sauce was all good. There is a lot of foxy stuff because the town is famous for its fox shrine, and the titular fox is said to like to eat deep fried tofu skin. The local produce store here was extensive and featured vegetables, and a variety of souvenir products from Yamaguchi City and from lots from Tsuwano including alcoholic beverages. A slight drawback for me of the Tsuwano products is that many of them are large lumps (of black bean wrapped in a sort of pastry in particular) with fewer being individually wrapped which would be more convenient for easy distribution. There were also dolls made out of the traditionally produced Japanese paper for which Tsuwano is famous. We did not try the hot spring bath but we would have liked to and it was only 610 yen for adults (500 if they are in a large prearranged group) and there is a rent-able family room bath for more privacy. There was also a small second hand clothes corner behind the till in the local produce store, where all clothes were 200 yen for adults and 100 for children. This roadside station has its own road coming down from the trunk road on the hill side. The road must have cost a lot of money and may put the restaurant just beyond intersection out of business. Apparently that restaurant has nice views looking down over Tsuwano apparently. But we were satisfied with Nagomi no Sato which means village of peace(fulness).
