★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars! Good spot - easy to find location. Decent food, well cooked with some taste to it - set lunch menu (either US $12 or US $24 per head - pick one of the 2) however if you want simple plain pasta you can have this if you ask (at no additional cost and certainly no discount)!! And don’t ask for coke - the crossed arm motion meant not available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such amazing food! Some of the best pasta I've ever had outside of Italy! I highly recommend anything on the menu with Hiroshima oysters. The staff was very kind and courteous, and very helpful with menu recommendations. The decor is also very beautiful and located very close by to Hiroshima Peace Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hungry group of tourists delighted our senses with oyster herb salad, caesar salad, bread, tomato spaghetti, creamy gnocchi, creamy lemon risotto, spaghetti with bacon, linguini with tomato sauce peppers and meat sauce. Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice. Food was good and fast. They have english menus thought my waiter only spoke basic english. I just use google translate to help and appreciate the effort. Meal was Risotto Carbanara paired with a Karin Grand which was put in a wine glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved Ristorante Mario!!!!! Had the salada prosciutto and it was delicious! Very homey rural Italian villa vide. Really liked how they designed the place. Staff was also exceptionally friendly.
