★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からお気に入りだったイタリアンの跡地に8月にオープンした。
誕生日のお祝いだったのでちょっと贅沢に4200円のコース予約してた。
前菜から小洒落た料理で繊細な味付けとしっかりした味付けとどれも美味しい。落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地良い。
接客も丁寧でシェフ自らも料理の説明、お見送りもされて好感度抜群。
又行こう。
 Opened in August on the site of an Italian favorite that has been a favorite for some time.
It was a birthday celebration, so I booked a luxurious 4200 yen course.
From appetizers to fancy dishes, they are delicate and firm, and all are delicious. Comfortable with a calm atmosphere.
The service is polite, the chef himself explains the dishes, and he has been sent off, and he has excellent sensitivity.

5000円ですごい満足感が得られました。コスパ半端ない。
味が良いのはもちろんですが、店内の雰囲気と接客がとてもよかったです。
パスタとメインは選択式でした。

結構わかりにくいです。
藤沢から歩いてきてローソン（駅前のではないです）まで行ってしまったら過ぎているので戻ってください。(笑)

予約なしでも入れましたが、当日でもできればした方が良さそうです。写真撮るの忘れたのでまた行ったときに...

I was very satisfied with the price of 5,000 yen. Cospa is odd.
Of course, the taste was good, but the atmosphere inside the store and the customer service were very good.

If you walk from Fujisawa and go to Lawson (not in front of the station), it's past, so please come back. (smile)

地下と一階があるようで、私は地下でお料理をいただきました
案内してもらった席は半個室になっており、ちょうどいい距離感の空間でした
パスタ2種とメインが選べるコースを予約
パスタは、ハーフですがしっかりお腹に残ります
前菜盛り合わせから、ひとつひとつのお料理が美味しかったのを覚えています
コース料理にも関わらずお店を出たい時間を最初にお伝えしていましが、約束はできませんが早く持ってきますと言って、結果予定の時間に出られました

ワインのペアリングコースもあり、お食事に合わせてワインをお出し頂けるので、コースに合わせて最高のワインも楽しめます。
お食事も季節のものをふんだんに使った美味しいお食事を適量で出してくれるのがとても素晴らしく、多すぎない量なので、コースすべてのお料理を美味しく楽しめるのが本当に最高です！
季節ごとに来て、その時の旬の食材を使ったお料理を楽しみたいなと思います！

どれも美味しく、温度も適正です。
前菜のアミューズの生ハムとにんじんのポタージュは絶対家庭では頂けないレベルで美味しかったです！
パスタは1人で2種類選べる様になっていて、野菜本来の味が調味料に負けずに味わえます。
少し残念だったのは、ワインのメニューはスパークリング以外はボトルかデカンテのみだった様でしたので（こちらが気がつかなかっただけかも…）少しだけお酒を楽しみたい私には選択肢があまりなかった気がしました。
代わりに小瓶のビールを頼みました。
タイミングをみてワイングラスに注いで頂けるので冷えた状態で美味しく頂くことができます。気遣いが素晴らしいです。
感染対策もしっかりされて、白を基調とした店内と丁寧な接客で良いランチをお腹いっぱい、楽しく過ごしました。有難う御座いました！
We visited with two people at the lunch course.
All are delicious and the temperature is appropriate.
The appetizer amuse ham and carrot pottage were delicious at a level that you would never get at home!
One person can choose two types of pasta, and you can enjoy the original taste of vegetables without losing to the seasonings.
It was a little disappointing that the wine menu seemed to be only bottles or decantations except for sparkling (maybe I just didn't notice ...) so I didn't have much choice to enjoy a little liquor. I did.
I ordered a small bottle of beer instead.
You can pour it into a wine glass at the right time, so you can enjoy it in a cold state. The care is great.
Infection control was well taken, and I enjoyed a good lunch with the white-based interior and polite customer service. Thank you very much!
