★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のジムに通っても効果が無かったのでこちらのパーソナルトレでお世話になりました。フォームなども細かくプロの知識で丁寧に教えてくれるので運動嫌いだったのに筋トレ好きになってました(^^)トレーナーの方もジムも清潔感があり女性は通いやすいと思います♫

I didn't like to exercise because I taught the form etc. in detail with professional knowledge, but I became fond of muscle training (^^) I think that the trainer and the gym are clean and easy for women to go ♫
