ランニングマシン30台あります。
筋トレマシンは少ないです。（レッグプレス チェストプレス アブドミナルクランチ ラッドプルダウン シーテッドロウ ロータリートルソー 各2～3台）
その他はバイク5台とクロストレーナー5台
フリーウエイトはありません。シャワーもなし。
月会費が激安なので「とりあえず始めようかな？」って言う人にオススメです。
A new gym that opens on September 1, 2018.
There are 30 running machines.
There are few muscle training machines. (Leg press, chest press, abdominal crunch, rud pull-down, seated row, rotary torso, 2-3 units each)
Others are 5 bikes and 5 cross trainers
There is no free weight. There is no shower.
The monthly membership fee is very cheap, so it is recommended for people who say, "Would you like to start?"
