★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ岩手にヨガ教室が少なかった12年前からお世話になっています。ゆったりしたヨガからハードに動く系まで、色んなヨガを楽しめます。先生のスタイルの良さに憧れて、きついポーズも頑張れますよ☺️体を動かしつつ、自分を見つめる時間を持てるきっかけになったリラヨガさんに感謝です?もっと家の近くにあったら星５つです?
 I have been indebted for 12 years since there were few yoga classes in Iwate. You can enjoy a variety of yoga, from relaxing yoga to hard-moving systems. I admire the good style of the teacher and I can do my best in tight poses ☺️ I am grateful to Rila Yoga who gave me time to look at myself while moving my body ? If I was closer to my house, it would be 5 stars ?
