★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山林を相続しましたが、維持管理が困難な上に一般的な案件でない中、必死にネット検索の上、一縷の望みをかけリライト様にお世話になりました。困った人を放っておけない人柄か某有名TV番組にも出演されましたが、出演後の対応も変わらず社長の人柄を感じました。山林、農地等手放したい方のニーズが多い割に利益が伴わないので相談に乗ってくれる不動産屋さんは皆無に近いと思いますが、自身の不動産を業者丸投げでなく、あくまで「負」動産を自身も動きながら共に解決されたい方には真摯に相談に乗って頂けるかと思います。
ただ「負」動産専門でなく、通常物件メインに扱うのが本業の不動産屋さんかと思いますので、次回お世話になる時は本業の方で是非お世話になりたいです。
