ベビーカーに乗った娘を連れて店舗へ行ったところ、店員の初老のアルバイト女性に勝手にさわられました。
念のためですが、子供を触ってほしい、見てほしい、触ってもいいか？いいですよ、などという会話ややり取りは一切しておりません。なんのことわりもなく、その初老の女性アルバイト勝手な判断で行われた行為です。
そのありえない状況に、「触らないでください！！」と大声を出すと、「あら！？なんでですか？？かわいいからさわったのにすみませんね！！」と、ふてくされたような顔で言い返し、気にくわないなら謝りますよ、という態度でしぶしぶ謝罪をしてきました。帰宅後即クレームを入れ、イオンの専門店街へもクレームを入れました。
今思い出しても本当に腹立たしいし、許せない出来事です。
可愛いから触る、赤ちゃんだから許される、ついつい、という時代はもう終わったと思います。会社として、このような人材育成しかできないレベルなのだと感じました。
よく利用していたし、写真の仕上がりにも満足していただけに、残念です。もう二度と利用しません。
