★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今テレビでも話題のハンモックを使ったエクササイズが大阪府枚方市で出来るようになったので、体験しました。このお店は最初にコンピューターを使った姿勢測定をしてくれるのですが自分の姿勢の悪さにビックリしながらも、ハンモックを使ったオリジナルのメソッドで普通では中々味わえない半重力のハンモックでの運動は癖になる楽しさと爽快感でした。これからもしっかり通って姿勢矯正と筋トレができるハンモックで自分の姿勢がどれだけ変われるのか今から楽しみです。
