★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客対応が最低レベルでした。3月なので忙しいのだと思いますが電話での話し方が高圧的に感じました。接客していてかけ直すと言っていて夕方まで5時間放置。また、悩んでいると露骨に嫌な態度で強引な感じでしたので他店で契約しました。部屋を探す場合はスーモで物件を検索して相見積もりを取りましょう。サポート費、光触媒コーティングや清掃等は任意でカットできます。入居日も最初の1ヶ月は日割交渉できます。慌てて契約すると損しますよ！

He said he was serving customers and would call back, so he left for 5 hours until the evening. Also, when I was worried, I felt blatantly unpleasant and forcible, so I signed a contract at another store. If you are looking for a room, search for a property on SUMO and get a quote. Support costs, photocatalyst coating, cleaning, etc. can be cut arbitrarily. You can negotiate on a daily basis for the first month of moving in. If you sign a contract in a hurry, you will lose!

初めての一人暮らしの時お世話になり凄く印象が良く、今回も利用させて貰ったのですが、一生懸命物件を探してもらい、またたくさん物件を内見させて貰って納得のいく物件を見つけることが出来ました！最終的には交渉を頑張ってくれたので凄く凄く助かりました(^^)ありがとうございます！
学校の友達も探しているので今度一緒に連れて行きます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣人の夜中の騒音の件で何度も問い合わせをしましたがその度に、折り返しすると言われ何の連絡もないまま1年以上が経過。
雨が降り部屋の前の下水管から汚物が大量にあふれ出したので連絡しても数日放置。
ようやく片付けたかと思えばタバコの吸い殻が数本落ちていました。
今までそんなことは無かったので恐らく片付けに来た業者かと。
とにかく対応が悪い。最悪です。
