さ	さら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルデンテのパスタが好きな方におすすめのお店です。ランチに付いてくるパンは温かく、サラダは山盛りです！私は帆立ときのこのパスタを食べました。すごくシンプルで、帆立ときのこから出た旨みがパスタに絡みます。美味しすぎる...。奥様のお肌がとても綺麗です。ワインのポリフェノールのお陰なのかしら、とか勝手に予想してます。笑 This restaurant is recommended for those who like al dente pasta. The bread that comes with lunch is warm and the salad is heaping! I ate this pasta when I scooped. It's so simple that the umami from the scallops and mushrooms is entwined in the pasta. Too delicious .... My wife's skin is very beautiful. I guess it's because of the wine polyphenols. Lol

h	hironobu nihei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曜日の18時に予約の上、訪問しました。最寄り駅から徒歩で5分くらい、途中の少々暗い道（日没が早い時期ということもあって）の先にある、オレンジ色の外観のお店です。注文したのは、小皿3種（カポナータ、牡蠣のオイル漬け、ホタテのスモークマリネ）、ポテトフライ、薪焼のアイスランドラム、鹿肉のラグークリームパスタです。ワインはだいたい4000円くらいからのようで、接客の方に相談して、注文した料理にあうものをセレクトしてもらいました。スタートは小皿から。程よく味もしっかり。と思ったら、以降の皿は、どれもボリュームが半端ありません。ポテトフライは大皿に山盛り、ニンニク一片が2つあり、ハーブともちろんニンニクの香りが良く、フォークが進みます。ラム肉は、薪のほんのりした苦味が良いアクセントで、同じく薪で焼かれたナス、ソースと一緒に頂くと、ちょうどよい塩梅。肉は4切れで提供され、ひとつひとつが大きめのカットなので、こちらも山盛り状態。パスタは、きっちりアルデンテに茹でられており、鹿肉とソースとのバランスも良いです。鹿肉はくさみがなく、単体でもいけます。二人でシェアしたにもかかわらず、一皿が他所だと2人前かと思うくらいのボリューム感。食べきれなかったものは、申し出れば持ち帰らせてくれるので、その点の罪悪感はないのですが、コスパの良さはお店に申し訳ないくらいです。ご夫婦で回していることもあってか、料理の提供には時間がかかると思ったほうが良いです。なお、テーブルが3卓と大きくはないレストランですが、お隣とはロールスクリーンで区切られてますし、換気もしっかりで、感染症対策は万全に感じました。 I made a reservation at 18:00 on Thursday and visited.
