R	RO SE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダにビニールが入ってました。人が作るものにそういうミスがあることは仕方ないし、十分あり得るのですが、その後の対応が疑問でした。サラダのおかわりがお詫びとしてなのか出されました。正直さっき異物が入っていたものを改めて出されても食べる気しないです。例えばお肉一切れ追加するとか、代金を値引きするとか、そういった対応がないと気が済まないです。どんな対応を取られたところで不快感がゼロになるわけではないですし。誰が店長なのかも分からない状況でしたが、帰る際には店長らしき方からも、スタッフからもお詫びの言葉は一切ありませんでした。キッチンの男性の方は、対応自体は好感の持てる感じですが、ホールスタッフが台無しにしてると思います。新しいおしぼりをお願いしても、無言で置いていったり、過剰な愛想は求めませんが、マスクで表情が見えない分意識はしっかり持った方がいいと思います。教育検討された方がよいかと。ご飯が何もかも帳消しにするくらい美味しいわけでもなく。久しぶりに会う友達との大切な時間に頭から水を刺されて、最悪なランチになりました。 There was vinyl in the salad.
