入谷駅から5分程の根岸柳通沿いにあるレストラン香味屋にて相方と贅沢ランチをいただきました。オーダーは海の幸のクレープ巻きのクリームグラタンにビーフシチューとコンソメの冷製スープとセットメニューを注文。お勧めの海の幸のクレープ巻きのクリームグラタンは正方形に包んだ中には蟹身に牡蠣にほたてにひらめと海老にムール貝がギッシリと入り中にはバターたっぷり魚介の旨味たっぷりのソースで外側はベシャメルソースにチーズをかけて焼き上げてあり魚介の風味と旨味がぎっしりで絶品!ビーフシチューは7日間かけて作るドミグラスソースは深くコクと旨味が強いく苦味が適度で甘みが強めで牛肉はトロトロとではなく適度に噛みごたえがあり大人味。コンソメの冷製スープはゼリー状になっておりコンソメの風味と旨味とコクが絶品、暑い時期はこちらだけ食べに来たいとも思わせる。本日も美味しくいただきました。
We had a luxurious lunch with our partner at the restaurant Kamiya along Negishi Yanagi-dori, about 5 minutes from Iriya station. I ordered a crepe-wrapped cream gratin of seafood, beef stew, cold consomme soup, and a set menu. The recommended seafood crepe-wrapped cream gratin is wrapped in a square with crab meat, oysters, scallops, mussels in the shrimp, and a sauce full of butter and seafood on the outside. Cheese is sprinkled on bechamel sauce and baked, and the flavor and taste of seafood is full and exquisite! Beef stew is made over 7 days. The domiglace sauce has a deep richness and umami, a moderate bitterness and a strong sweetness, and the beef is moderately chewy and mature. The cold consomme soup is jelly-like, and the flavor, umami, and richness of the consomme are exquisite, making you want to come here only in the hot season. It was delicious today as well.

有名な老舗洋食屋さんということで伺いました。 が、軽く考えて仕事着で伺ってしまい、スタッフさん達にもの凄く嫌な顔をされましたが、店内に通して頂き食事をすることに。 食事は好みが分かれると思います。

根津にある老舗洋食屋さん。上品だけど懐かしい雰囲気、どの料理もめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。メンチカツが溢れる肉汁と絶妙なソースで絶品だと思います。合わせて頂けるワインも絶妙でした。
A long-established Western-style restaurant in Nezu. Elegant but nostalgic atmosphere, every dish is insanely delicious. I think it's exquisite with the gravy full of minced meat cutlet and the exquisite sauce. The wine you can match was also exquisite.

高級感ある洋食屋さん。 接客、料理と丁寧さを感じます。 観劇後に気楽な食事がしたくて、 食べログの洋食百名店に選出されている香味屋さんを予約。 新橋駅から鶯谷駅に移動し、徒歩10分くらい。 食べたいものが色々あったのでアラカルトで注文。 スープはコンソメとコーンスープ。 海の幸クレープグラタン、タンシチューはシェアし、 メンチ&シチュー盛合せとパン類は 2人分頂きました。 ビーフシチューとタンシチューのお肉類は ホロホロとすごく柔らかいですが、 デミで煮込んでトロトロという感じではないです。 緊急事態宣言中でお酒の提供はなく、 飲み物注文無しで2人で15,000円弱でした。

ミシュランビブグルマンにも名を連ねる格式高い洋食店 レストラン香味屋(かみや)@根岸さんです。色んな方面からアクセス可能で、駅で言えば日比谷線入谷駅が徒歩5分の距離。このご時世なのでいつも満席と言うことではないですが、予約しないと少し店内待ち時間があったりするので予約されるのはベターかと。町の洋食店とは少し違いホテルレベルですね。軽い緊張感さえ覚えます。人気のメンチカツ2200円隣はビーフシチュー小2200円をいただきました。なかなか痺れるCP。幾ばくかの待ち時間の後、まずメンチカツが着皿、高級そうなパン粉で揚がったメンチはサクサクで薄めの衣、中にはお肉がバーンと。ジュースのように溢れ出る肉汁がジューシー。比べるのは違うかと思いますが吉祥寺「さとう」のメンチカツを一回りグレードアップさせたような。ソースは濃厚デミグラス、卓上調味料のウスターやマスタードを絡めても美味しいです。ビーフシチューはビーフゴロゴロでホロホロ、濃厚なデミソースとマッチして安定感のあるお味です。接客もホテル仕様で地元の人たちと言うよりは著名人に好まれそうなお店だなと思いました。ごちそうさまでした

It's not always full because it's this time of the year, but if you don't make a reservation, there will be a little waiting time in the store, so it's better to make a reservation. It's a hotel level, a little different from the Western restaurants in town. I even feel a slight tension. The popular Menchi-katsu 2200 yen Next to me was a small beef stew 2200 yen. CP that is quite numb. After some waiting time, the minced meat cutlet was first placed on the plate, the minced meat fried in high-quality bread crumbs was crispy and thin, and the meat was burnt inside. The gravy that overflows like juice is juicy. I think it's different to compare, but it seems that the Menchi-katsu of Kichijoji "Sato" has been upgraded once. 大正時代から続く老舗洋食屋。ミシュランビブグルマンに掲載。ランチは混むので予約要。ハンバーグステーク2200円、サラダ、ご飯、ドリンクのセットでプラス1000円。 肉汁溢れるハンバーグは確かに美味しい。 気軽に愉しめるミシュランレストランかな!
A long-established Western-style restaurant that has been around since the Taisho era. Published in Michelin Bib Gourmand. Lunch is crowded so reservations are required. Hamburger stake 2200 yen, salad, rice, drink set plus 1000 yen. The hamburger steak full of gravy is certainly delicious. I think it's a Michelin restaurant that you can enjoy casually!

Simple restaurant without much decoration. English is hardly spoken. Service ~ lack of it, maybe we are foreign tourist. Am puzzled with the high ratings by locals. Maybe, they should visit Karuizawa and learn from the French restaurant there. Taste ~ too salty for western food. We ordered to braised beef & beef consomme. The soup was very light n okish. No bread served, mind you for a Japanese western restaurant (¥1100+ for a small bowl of soup).Their famous Kamiya beef was very typical and good. Cost ~ Overpriced and for the same taste & service, you pay approximately ¥1000~1500 everywhere in Tokyo.

Very nice locally owners restaurant. It has been open for over 90 years. The restaurant is simply decorated. Although the staff speak very little English but they are very friendly and trying the best to communicate with us. The food was good as well and with excellent after dinner tea. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
