た	たま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘の誕生日に行きました。ネットで誕生日プレートを予約して、電話でも再度確認をしましたが当日誕生日プレートが出てくる気配はなく… すっかり忘れられていたようでとても驚きました。その後にお皿にチョコレートで文字を書いただけのプレートが出てきて楽しみにしていただけに本当にがっかりでした。もう二度と行きません。大切な日に行かれる方は気をつけないと記念日が台無しになりますよ。 I went to my daughter's birthday. S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達の誕生日祝いで利用させて頂きました。お料理は美味しく、誕生日プレートも可愛かったのですが、接客が無愛想だったのが気になりました。支払いの際、細かいのがなく1万円を出したところ、｢小銭はないですか？｣と聞かれ、｢ないです。｣と答えると、｢100円も？｣と繰り返し問われたのが場面があり、それは少々客に対して失礼ではないかと感じました。また、ドリンクメニューも2人いるのに対して1枚しか渡され無かったこともサービスとして如何なものかと思いました。折角の祝いの日でしたが、あまり気持ちよくない空間で失敗した気分です。 I used it to celebrate my friend's birthday. K	Kazutaka Aratani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日のランチに妻と長女の三人で訪れました。女性店員さんの笑顔に迎えられ席に着くと、男性の店員さんが来られ、そこでドリンクを注文しました。その方の対応もとても素晴らしかったと思います。4000円位のランチのコースだったのですが、アミューズ、オードブル、スープにパン、メインの魚、肉料理にデザートまで、供された料理は全て美しく洗練され、しかも美味しかったです。料理を運んでくるタイミングもバッチリでほぼ満席となっていたのにもかかわらず、食後のコーヒーまで気持ち良く楽しんで食事をする事が出来ました。機会があれば、是非また訪れたいと思います。 My wife and eldest daughter visited for lunch on a holiday. き	きゃえ。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で行きました。転と店員さんは愛想だけって感じで、注文を聞きにくるのも遅いし、会計を頼んでも全然持って来られないし、家族みんなで(?)となりました。良い店員さんもいるのに、とてもがっかりしました。お料理も値段の割に…お肉が固いですし、満足度は少し足りないという感じでショックでした。また、記念日のデザートを何度も確認したのに出て来ず、辺なオルゴールとおまけばかりの薔薇(花の部分謎の1個)いただきましたが、悲しい気持ちで帰りました。もう行きません。 I went with my family. t	tomo k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は良かったですがお肉が硬かったのはマイナスです。値段に見合っているかと言われると場所代かなって感じです。料理に合わせてスタッフの方にワインを頼もうとするも、少々お待ちくださいと立ち去り一向に伺いにこず。私は元々食べるのが遅い方ですが、こういう状況もありいつも以上にゆっくり食べていても「まだ⁉︎」となるほど。忘れられているのかと思い2度ほど声かけしましたが半分以上食べたあたりでようやくある女性がオーダーを聞きに来て、やっとワインが飲めました。ワインを注げるのが人がこの女性1人しかいないのか？もしくはワインソムリエしかオーダーを受けられないとか？とにかくこの女性が来てくれるまでワインのオーダーができませんでした。謎ですがそこに何らかのこだわりや理由があったとしてもお店がこんなに回ってなきゃ意味ないです。会計時も同じく、このワインを注いでくれた方が空くまで待ちでした。店内は満員状態なのに数名のスタッフさんは出来ることがかなり限られているのか新人さんばかりだったのか、呼んで何かを頼んでも時間ばかり取られて良い印象が残らなかったです。 The food was good, but the meat was hard, which is a minus. C	Craig Wrench on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This quiet little place is amazing. Great wine list. No English menu but they went out of their way to make sure we understood everything. We are seasoned travelers and I rarely rate anything but this team went beyond normal service and you should give them a try.
