口座開設の際は1時間半の券で大丈夫だったのですが、別日に手続きで来行した際、30分券で5分足りず400円払わされました。(待ち時間もいれて35分かかったので)
時間の算数ができない行員だったのか、手続きで無料券の金額が決まっているのかは知りません。
次回利用する際は、事前に電話で無料券のシステムを聞くか、無料券をもらう際に自分で計算してみることを忘れないようにせねば。
NaviPark 30分400円なので、5分超過で400円は痛い‼

I don't know if the employee couldn't calculate the time or if the procedure decided the amount of the free ticket.
The next time you use it, you should call the free ticket system in advance or remember to calculate it yourself when you get the free ticket.
NaviPark is 400 yen for 30 minutes, so 400 yen hurts after 5 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ りそなとみずほでのみ手数料がかからずできる振り込みがあり、練馬はATMを除くとりそなの店舗しかなくこちらを利用しました。
りそなの店舗は17時まで開いているのでとても便利です。
実は普段は三菱とゆうちょなのでほぼ利用しないのですが、とても丁寧な対応で状況が許せば移し替えてよいと思いました。

The Resona store is very convenient because it is open until 17:00.
