川奈駅から、行きは15分程ですが帰りは上り坂なので。20分近く掛かります。お寺は、高台にあるので景色が綺麗です。日蓮宗にとって、重要な場所です。
Nichiren Buddhist temple. Shimon Shion.
From Kawana Station, the trip is about 15 minutes, but the return is uphill. It takes almost 20 minutes. The temple is on a hill, so the scenery is beautiful. It is an important place for Nichiren Buddhism.

日蓮上人を助けた漁師の弥三郎の5代目子孫の蓮慶によりたてられたお寺。
ここには弥三郎夫妻のお墓が高台にあります。
本堂から65段近くあるので気をつけてください。
春になるとシダレザクラがきれいです。
An important place for the Nichiren sect.
A temple set up by Renkei, the fifth descendant of Yasaburo, a fisherman who helped Nichiren.
Here is the grave of the Yasaburo couple on a hill.
Please be careful as it is near 65 steps from the main hall.
In spring, weeping cherry trees are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日蓮宗のお寺です。駐車場の横に立派な枝下桜があり咲いてる季節は綺麗ですよ。日蓮上人が船守弥三郎夫妻に助けられなかったらどうなっていたかと思います。御住職様がその大事な出来事についてのお話を聞かせてくれました。
It is a temple of Nichirenmune. There is a splendid branch cherry blossoms next to the parking lot and the season is blooming. I think what happened if Nichiren Johito could not be helped by Mrs. Saburo Funamori and his wife. Your housekeeper told us a story about the important event.
