★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても小さな薬師如来坐像を安置するために、明治時代に建てられたそうです。
檜皮葺きのなだらかな勾配を描く屋根、建物自体も小さくてかわいらしいです。
薬師如来坐像は秘仏で、平安時代後期仏師の技術の粋を極めた、超絶技巧の白眉といえる仏様です。
私がもし人に細密とは何ぞやと聞かれたら、こちらの薬師如来様ですと答えます。当然ですが、国宝です。
あくまで個人的にですが、なぎら健壱さんにお顔が似ている気がします。
秘仏なのですが、最近東京国立博物館での展覧会やお寺の宝物館に特別出陳されたり、間近で拝める機会が多くなってきました。チャンスがある時にお見逃しなく。

It seems that it was built in the Meiji era in order to enshrine a very small Yakushi Nyorai sitting statue.
The hinoki cypress roof with a gentle slope and the building itself are small and cute.
The Yakushi Nyorai sitting statue is a secret Buddha, and it is a Buddhist statue of transcendental skill that masters the technique of the late Heian period Buddhist master.
If I was asked by a person what the details were, I would say that this is Yakushi Nyorai. Of course, it is a national treasure.
Personally, I feel that your face is similar to that of Kenichi Nagira.
Although it is a secret Buddha, recently I have had many opportunities to worship at exhibitions at the Tokyo National Museum and in special exhibitions at the treasure museum of temples. Do not miss it when you have a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仁和寺霊明殿は明治44年(1911)に竣工したそうです。宝形造り、檜皮葺きの建物で薬師如来を御本尊にお祀りし、歴代門跡の位牌を安置しているそうです。 霊明殿の額は近衛文麿公筆との事です。
御本尊の薬師如来坐像は国宝に指定されています。像高は10.7cmの白檀による檀像だそうですが、私はまだ拝見したことがありません。平成30年1,2月に東京国立博物館で行われている仁和寺展で展示された様ですが行く機会はありませんでした。令和2年9月に1週間だけ霊宝館で展示されたそうです。知らなかった、残念。

The sitting statue of Yakushi Nyorai, the principal idol, is designated as a national treasure. The statue is said to be a sandalwood statue with a height of 10.7 cm, but I haven't seen it yet. It seems that it was exhibited at the Ninnaji exhibition held at the Tokyo National Museum in January and February 2018, but I did not have the opportunity to go. It was exhibited at the Reihokan for only one week in September 2nd year of Reiwa. I didn't know, sorry.
