こ	こぶしrabiyama226 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きめのシェフがめちゃくちゃ面白かった！ステーキ屋(鉄板で目の前で焼いてくれる所)は、何件か行くけどどこも物静かに食材の説明などを少し話す程度の店が多いので、なんとなく気を使うけど、ここは気楽に楽しんで食べられる。かしこまった店に慣れていない人や落ち込んでちょっと元気がない人とかがこの店に食べに行ったら楽しくて嫌なことも吹っ飛ぶかも？！確か1万円くらいのコースを頼んだけど、結構な量で食べきれなかったくらい。デザートは席を移動してコーヒー＆紅茶とアイス＆ミニロールケーキを頂いた。照明も暗めで雰囲気も良い！ここオススメです！あ、予約していった方が良いかも？お誕生日の方が2組来てました。シェフからのアレが微笑ましくて良かったです。メニューに書いてあったけど、前日までに伝えるといいらしいですよ。カードはVISAが使えました。 The big chef was insanely fun! 成	成田勉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に楽しい食事ができる。久しぶりの来訪だけど、初めて来店した時の和牛ヒレの美味しさに感動した事を今でも覚えています。美味しいお肉は、塩だけが1番美味しいんだ。と言う事で初めての方は和牛で塩！をお勧めします。と書いてるものの今回は娘が和牛で私は健康の為ニュージーランド産赤身ヒレにしました。シェフのジャグリングと軽妙なトークでたくさん笑わせてもらいました。会話が苦手な男性が初デートで使っても一緒に笑えるからいいかも。フォアグラのステーキを頼みましたがフランス産との事でいいヤツです。表面が、カリッと中はクリーミーで美味い。だけどレバー独特の野性味が追いかけてくるのでここは好き嫌いが分かれそうな気がします。このフォアグラステーキのバルサミコソースに温めたバケットにつけて食べるとジャムの様に煮詰めた甘さと脂でめちゃくちゃ美味い！！ブリ大根だと旨味を吸った大根がメインに感じしまうアノ感覚です。ヒレステーキは、和牛と赤身を取った事で食べ比べができた事も面白かったです。和牛はサシと赤身部分が束になってるから、繊維感があるけど、サシの無い赤身はそれが無い。もちろん和牛の方が美味しいけど、あえて2種類頼んで食べ比べも良いと思います。今回食べられなかったメニューで1番気になったのは「ガーリック茶漬け1100円」フォアグラステーキ2200円の半分。。お茶漬けにしては高すぎる。あと席がすごく間引きされていてソーシャルディスタンスもバッチリ? また来ますね！ You can have a really fun meal. Wagyu beef has a bundle of sashimi and lean meat, so it has a fibrous feel, but lean meat without sashimi does not have it. The most interesting menu item I couldn't eat this time was "garlic chazuke 1100 yen", which is half of the foie gras steak 2200 yen. .. It's too expensive for Ochazuke.
