★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不管這篇評論有沒有用，我還是想說，現在不管醫生是不是只會用日文對話，但在櫃檯就被擋掉不讓我看醫生，也真的是很奇怪！再說！櫃檯憑什麼拒絕外國人看醫生？？醫生都讀到醫學系了！難道溝通只能用日文？？憑什麼叫我回去帶會懂日文的人，我知道有些用藥確實要清楚知道病人病史，比如過敏藥物，這些我當然知道！但是簡單一個allergy我還是懂的，所以櫃檯兩位老太太是瞧不起自己診所醫生的語言能力摟？重點是我都已經跟櫃台說：但我真的很不舒服。他們堅持不收我健保卡，確實我日文不好，但是不至於都聽不懂吧！我見識到日本醫療了！！水準不是很好，順帶一題，他們即使坐櫃檯，畢竟也都要面對病人沒錯吧？為何他們都沒在戴口罩？這點也讓我對他們的感染管控觀念打上個大問號？

Say it again! Why should the counter refuse foreigners to see a doctor? ? The doctors have all studied medicine! Is communication only in Japanese? ? Why should I go back and bring someone who can understand Japanese? I know that some medicines really require a clear knowledge of the patient's medical history, such as allergy medicines. Of course I know these! But I still understand the simple allergy, so the two old ladies at the counter look down on the language ability of their clinic doctors? The point is that I have already told the counter: But I am really uncomfortable. They insist on not accepting my health insurance card. It is true that my Japanese is not good, but I don't even understand it! I have seen Japanese medical care! ! The standard is not very good. By the way, even if they sit at the counter, they have to face the patient after all, right? Why are they not wearing masks? This also makes me put a big question mark on their infection control concepts?

また、何時間も待たされましたが、診察をして頂けませんでした。
以前から、通っていた耳鼻科なので、非常に残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明確な診断はしてくれない。花粉症の疑いで１回、風邪で１回診察に行きましたが、「喉が腫れてるねー」だけで終わる。毎回モヤッとが残るが、他に耳鼻咽喉科が近くにないので仕方がない。
It does not give a clear diagnosis. I went to the doctor once for suspicion of hay fever and once for a cold, but it ended with just "I have swollen throat." Every time there is a smell, but there is no other way because there is no otolaryngology department nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミ評価が低く、不安に思いながら受診しましたが、何の問題もなく、受付から診察までスムーズに進みました。受付の方の対応も、先生の診察も丁寧で親切です。待合室も診察室も清潔で整理整頓されていました。
The word-of-mouth evaluation was low, and I was worried when I visited the clinic, but there were no problems and the procedure from reception to consultation went smoothly. The receptionist and the doctor's examination are polite and kind. Both the waiting room and the examination room were clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前耳の奥に異物感があり、実際に診て貰ったところ...綿棒を奥まで入れ過ぎていた為、耳の奥に綿棒の綿が入っており取って貰った事があった。だが、その時、女性の医者が耳の奥から取り除いた綿を瞬時に私が履いていたスカートの上に置いて来た。
この配慮に欠ける無礼な印象を持った件以降、ここにお金と時間など費やしてやるもんか、と思い、1度も行っていない。
女なら、もっと、ティッシュやガーゼの上にのせるとか細かい心遣いとか出来ないのかね。
I had a feeling of foreign matter in the back of my ear before, and when I actually got a medical examination ... I had a cotton swab in the back of my ear because I had put too much cotton in it. But then, a female doctor instantly put the cotton she had removed from the back of her ear onto the skirt I was wearing.
Since I had the impression of rudeness lacking this consideration, I thought that I would spend money and time here, so I have never done it.
If it's a woman, I wonder if she can put it on tissue or gauze or take care of it.
