す	すずき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一歳の子供が鼻風邪で通院しました。鼻を吸引する際に奥の方まで吸引していいかどうか、抗生剤は処方するかどうか等を細かく聞いてくれて、親の気持ちに寄り添ってくれてると感じました。最初の診察から２週間以内は、鼻の吸引はもし混んでても優先的に通してくれます。院内は清潔で、待合室や薬を吸引する場所におもちゃや絵本を用意して下さっているので子連れにはありがたいです。車椅子用のお手洗いがあるので、ベビーカーごと入れました。評価が低かったのでどうかなと思いましたが、初診でもネットで予約出来るし受付の方も感じ良かったし、今後も掛かり付けとしてお世話になろうと思います。 A one-year-old child went to the hospital with a nasal cold. y	yutatomomi ishii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜午後やってるだけでも貴重なのに、予約制であと5番前になったらお知らせくるし、電話の応対も受付の人も感じがいいし、先生も丁寧で子供にもフレンドリー。薬に関しても丁寧な説明があり、半月分がいいか？ひと月分がいいか？などまで聞いてくれました。なかなかここまで兼ね備えたところないと思うのに評価がいまいちなので投稿しました。駐車場も複数台あるし駐輪スペースもあるので利便性も良いと思います。コロナ禍においては対策も万全に感じます。自宅から徒歩3分のところに耳鼻科ありますが、車なら10分程度なので今後はこちらにお世話になろうと思います。耳垢取りもしてくれるし、その際患者からもよく見えるモニターが2箇所あるので、こどもたちはそれを興味深く見てじっとしてくれていました。今まで当たりが悪過ぎたのか、耳鼻科は横柄な先生や、学校で耳垢と言われたのに耳垢なんて取るもんじゃない！と説教する先生や、馬鹿みたいに待たされるだけのところしか当たったことがないので、ちょっと遠いけどここまで来てよかったなーと思いました。星5でもいいかなと思ったけどまだ2回しかかかってないので4にしておきます。 Even though it's valuable just to do it on Saturday afternoon, I'll let you know when it's 5th before the reservation system, the telephone response and receptionist feel good, the teacher is polite and child friendly.
