★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二年前から人が変わったのかわからないが、とても不親切だし、信頼におけなくなってしまった。
理由としては、センサーの故障で修理をお願いして値段が思ったよりもとても高く、その原因の一因が「エンジンの調査」というもので、それが今回に関して全く理解できない。
そのセンサーが物理的に破損しているのが、あからさまの原因で、エンジンの調子とは関係のない部品にも関わらず、「エンジンの調査」というものに6,000円も払わされた。
(事前に自分自身もそこが原因と伝えていたのに)
どうしてもその調査を行わなければならないなら、別に払うが、その理由や行った作業等の説明を全くしてくれず、忙しいという理由でお金の受け渡しのみの対応しかせず、ほんとに腹立たしい。
お金を支払うのだから、原因やその過程はめんどくさくても説明してほしい。
今まで行っていたレッドバロンの船橋店等は、とてもよかったのに、こんなにも対応が違うのは驚き。
ほんとに不快だったので、初めて投稿します。そのくらいひどいです。

If you have to do the survey, you will pay separately, but you will not give me an explanation of the reason or the work you have done, and you will not be able to deal only with the delivery of money because it is busy, and it will make you really angry.
Because you are paying money, I hope you explain the cause and process even if it gets awkward.
The Red Baron's Funabashi branch, which I had been doing so far, was very good, but I was surprised that the response was so different.
It was really uncomfortable and I will post it for the first time. That's awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員が服屋並みにベタベタくっついてきて欲しいバイクを満足に見ることができない。こういう対応をされるとじっくり見られたら都合が悪いことがあるのかと考えてしまう。
見積りの際にバイクカバーや保険など進めてきたものを断ると明らかに不機嫌そうな態度をとられた。
安い買い物じゃないからもう少し考えたいと伝えてるのに必要以上に当日中の契約を急かしてきて疲れるし帰ろうとすると引き留めて他のチェーン店はボッタクリだとか貶しその理由を永遠聞かされた。
宇都宮北店には同じ車種の在庫がないのか調べてもらったら無いと言われたが帰りに北店に寄ってみたら在庫が有った。客を他店に渡したくないのだろうが、客を騙すのはどうかと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service extended to me despite my poor Japanese language abilities. Every employee at this store was polite, friendly and very professional! They made me feel relaxed with my motorcycle problems and assured me the bike would be repaired by a certain day, which is was. My problems was only a snapped clutch cable and nothing more serious but they didn't have the correct cable type for my bike so they ordered one for me. They fixed it without any problems but my battery had died a little with very low voltage because the week before the cable snapped, the bike hadn't been very far and the voltage was low. They used a roller machine to "bump off" the bike, old fashioned way of starting a bike but we don't have any hills near the store so they used a machine and everything was great. If any foreigner wants to buy a bike in Japan, I think Red Baron should be used because their road-side recovery service saved me and they used an English helper too once they knew I couldn't converse in advanced Japanese regarding my bike. I'm considering buying a new bike around February next year, I'll return to this store if I do! Update: I called in to talk about a Fuel Injector warning light problem with the intention of making an appointment to visit at a later date. They took my bike and diagnosed the issue immediately under 25 minutes. It was a Vacuum Sensor problem caused by an old tube disconnecting from the senior. He snipped the cracked section and reattached the tube to the sensor.... problem solved. The price was a reasonable 2,500 yen. Kawasaki wanted to charge me 8,800 yen just to look at my bike...
