I met a good bike shop. The phone call and the clerk's call were also polite, and they were very kind and did a good job. The assessment was also conscientious. 2	229 CHR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レッドバロンもお店によって雰囲気の違いがありますが、こちらはとても楽しく笑い声が絶えないお店です。親身になって欲しいバイクの話を聞いてくださり、後日見つけてくれたのですが、他でいい車体が見つかったところだったのでご縁がなく。良くして頂いたのにお応えできず申し訳ないので、せめてもの償いということでレビューさせて頂きます。接客サービスの質を重視されるなら、こちらのお店ぜひオススメです。 Red Baron also has different atmospheres depending on the store, but this is a very fun and laughing store. He listened to the story of the bike I wanted him to be kind to, and found it at a later date, but I had no connection because I had just found a good body elsewhere. I am sorry that I could not respond to the improvement, so I will review it at least as a compensation. If you value the quality of customer service, this shop is definitely recommended.
ふ	ふーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人間、好きなものについて話していると楽しくなってくるもので。バイク取扱店には初来店で比較できるものがないが、個人的にスゴく良いお店だった。自分はまだバイクどころか免許すら持っていない、挙げ句の果てに高校3年生ときたものだからちゃんと接客してくれるか不安だったが結果は予想の真反対だった。向こうから話しかけてくれた上に各種排気量の説明やアフターサービス、保険のことなど様々ななことをユーモアを交えて教えてくれた。これほどまでに気持ちよく店員と接することが出来ることは中々ないと思う。これからバイクを探し始める人は是非ここを訪れてみてほしい。受験が終わったら免許をとって「この店」で「欲しいバイク」を買おうと思う。あのとき接客してくれたお兄さん、本当に楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。また来ます！ It's going to be fun when we talk about humans and what we like. 沼	沼駿佑 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/2/28 店長の態度が良くないです。ウケる人にはウケるかもしれないですが… バイクを見ていると、店長が一緒にいた友人に話しかけてきました。友人のバイクは中々のマニア向けなものですから、話しかけられるのはよくある事です。最初は「よく喋る店長だなぁ」程度にしか思わなかったのですが、ひとしきり喋った後に、「で、いくらで売ってくれますか？」と。もちろん冗談でしょうが、友人はそのバイクに並々ならぬ愛情を注いでいるので、失礼な態度で大分頭に来たようです。(もちろんその場では流してましたが、後の会話で「何だアイツは」と腹を立てていました。）本人は「陽気に接してる」つもりかもしれませんが、正直あれは「ただの失礼」です。まあそれを除けば「陽気な話しやすい人」なので改善される事を願って☆2です。 2021/2/28 The store manager's attitude is not good. (Of course, I played it on the spot, but in a later conversation I was angry with "What's that guy?") The person may intend to "be cheerful", but honestly that is "just rude". Well, apart from that, I'm a "cheerful and easy-to-speak person", so I hope it will be improved ☆ 2.

Please go to the Red Baron in Warabi if you're able to because the manager there speaks good English, so with a little English and a little Japanese you can communicate your way through the process. They changed the oil on my bike really fast and for only 600Yen today (January 2019). Their aftersales service is fantastic!
