★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理見積もり依頼お願いしても折り返しの連絡なく何度かお店に行っても担当者いないと言われそのままです。
もう二度と行きません。

I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、あるバイクの修理を依頼しましたが、まったく直っていなかったり、再度修理を依頼したがさらに代金を上乗せされ、それなのになかなか修理をしようとしなかったり、その後何週間も連絡が無かったり、挙げ句の果てにバカ高い修理代金を請求されました。
ブログでは、作業の見える化なる事をやっているとの事でしたが、修理部分の写真は一枚もありませんでした。
もう二度と関わりたくないバイク屋です。

The blog says that you are doing visualization of the work, but there was no photo of the repaired part.
It's a bike shop that I never want to get involved with again.

アフターサービス皆無。
他のバイク屋に聞いたら、リコールかかってらからタダで直せたらしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買ったバイクが8ヶ月の間にエンストを繰り返し、修理のためとパーツ代を請求されましたがメーカーの保証対象でした。メーカーに問い合わせなければ支払うところでした。電話対応も感じが悪く、出先でエンストしても当日には引き取りに来ません。23時まで開店していますが修理で忙しいのだと思います。
バイク引き取り時、「今回は無料キャンペーンのようなものなのでお代は頂きません」と言われました。それをお教えしたのはこちらなので当然知っています。
The motorcycle I bought repeatedly stalled in eight months, and was charged for repair and parts, but it was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I would pay if I didn't contact the manufacturer. The telephone response is also bad, and even if you stall on the go, you do not come to pick up on the day. It is open until 23:00 but I think it is busy with repairs.

最初は実際にバイクを見ることができないので、不安もありましたが色々と対応して頂き大変感謝しております。
カワサキが得意そうなので、納車したバイクを見たときはピカピカで整備もきちんとされていて安心しました。
古いバイクでもアフターサービスは最高です。
忙しそうなときも電話の対応はかなり良かった。
