★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KLX125のフロントからキーキー音がするのを店長に相談したらブレーキパッドの音と取り合ってくれなかった。3ヶ月たってキーキー音が大きくなってきたので再度相談したら､メカニックの人がベアリングとスピードセンサーのグリスアップをしてくれて異音がおさまった。
 When I consulted with the store manager about the squeaking noise coming from the front of the KLX125, it didn't match the sound of the brake pads. After 3 months, the squeaking noise became louder, so when I consulted again, the mechanic greased the bearings and speed sensor, and the noise subsided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換やメンテナンスでいつも世話になっています。
ある日、自分のバイクを磨いていた時に、バイクに不自然な傷がついてることに気づき、数ヶ月前にここでタイヤ交換をした時に(偶発的に)傷つけられてしまったのではないか？
自分の中でモヤモヤしていましたが、証拠も確信も無い上に、半年近く前のことなので、今更言っても相手にしてもらえないだろう…と思ったていたが、ダメ元で一応相談したところ、当時の技術者は既に退職してしまっており、真相は闇の中…
しかし、対応してくれた責任者の方は、二つ返事で、その部品の交換に応じてくれた。
なんの証拠も無いにも関わらず、その部分を目視して確かめると、無償(部品)交換を即決してくれました。
そして「何か気になる事があったらいつでも相談してください、我々は信頼関係が一番大事ですから！」と快く送り返してくれた。
本当に感動する対応でした。

It was a really impressive response.
