Boy, was I in for a treat. The chicken, juicy. The skin, crispy and deep-fried to perfection. The sauce, savory with just the right amount of heat. I usually head to Shin-Okubo to get my chicken fix, but DON-DE-MON is just as good, if not better than many of the options available in Koreatown for fried chicken. Largely impressed by the chicken, I paid the restaurant a visit during dinnertime to drink. For the other menu items, nothing in particular stood out, but was still average or above-average in taste and quality. Overall, a great option for Korean food and an exceptional choice if you want to experience fried chicken bliss.

The spiciness is adjusted well so that everyone can enjoy. The hot pot soup dishes come is large portions which is good for 4-5 people. For 1-2 people better to order small dishes because the hot pots can be really large and wasteful. It is a bit on pricier side for only 1-2 person but this restaurant is worth of it.
