麺に焼きそばの麺ではなく、ラーメンの麺を使ってるんです。非常に美味しかったです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島お好み焼きの特級の名店です。いろいろ食べ歩いた中ではトップクラスの味です。広島の八昌に近い味だと思います。何よりその特徴は、ラーメンの生麺を用いていることにあります。此方の麺がどこの物かは分かりませんが、尾道から取り寄せているとの事なので尾道ラーメンの麺なのかもしれない。八昌も磯野製麺の生麺を茹でて用いるため、食感が似てくるのかと思う。生麺を使った場合、麺はカリッと仕上がり、またバラバラでは無く一体感を持ちます。お好み焼きの纏まりとレイヤーが生まれて、最高の仕上がりになります。これは茹でたての麺でこそであり、一般的な蒸し麺などでは無理だと思う。
当店、カウンター3席と4人掛けテーブル２つと小さいです。しかも築何十年とわからないくらい古く、さらにエアコンも機能していないのか狭い店内に大量の鉄板があるからなのか、夏なんか灼熱です。
そんな昭和レトロ全開なのでそれも楽しんじゃえばいいのですが、苦手な人はテイクアウトがお勧めです。
電話で予約しておくことも可能なので、その場合は待たずに食べれます。
船でないと来れない辺鄙な場所ですが、広島お好み焼きの好きな方は行く価値が絶対あります。
It is a famous restaurant of Hiroshima okonomiyaki. It has a top-class taste among all the foods I have eaten. I think it tastes like Hiroshima's Yasho. Above all, its characteristic is that it uses raw ramen noodles. I don't know where these noodles are, but it may be Onomichi ramen noodles because they are ordered from Onomichi. Yasho also uses raw noodles made by Isono by boiling them, so I wonder if the texture will be similar. When using raw noodles, the noodles are crispy and have a sense of unity rather than falling apart. The okonomiyaki lumps and layers are created for the best finish. This is only for freshly boiled noodles, and I don't think it is possible with ordinary steamed noodles.
Our shop is small with 3 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people. Moreover, it is so old that it is hard to tell that it was decades old, and the air conditioner is not functioning, or because there are a lot of iron plates in the small store, it is burning in the summer.
Since the Showa retro style is fully open, you can enjoy it, but if you are not good at it, takeout is recommended.
You can also make a reservation over the phone, in which case you can eat without waiting.
It's a remote place that can only be reached by boat, but if you like Hiroshima okonomiyaki, it's definitely worth the trip.

お好み焼き食べてとても美味しいと感じたのが初めてかも(≧▽≦)

When I was touring the Yumeshima Kaido, it was just around noon, so I went to the Okonomiyaki Ramen Party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋号はラーメン屋さんの時の名残りだそうで、今は美味しいお好み焼き屋さんです。
港町にしては小ぶりなお好み焼きなので、少食な女性でも軽く食べられると思います。
そばもうどんも、鉄板であらかじめ軽く炒めておいたものをドサッとのせて焼き上げてくれます。このそばが素晴らしくパリパリな食感でして、こちらのお店がお客さんでひっきりなしなのもうなずけました。
4人がけのテーブル席が2つありまして、どちらの席も鉄板があるので、熱々のまま食べられるのも最高ですね♪

There are two table seats for 4 people, and there is an iron plate for both seats, so it's also great to be able to eat hot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元ラーメン屋さんの店主がされているお好み焼き屋さんということで、話題の麺はこだわりがしっかり伝わる今までに食べたことのない感覚でした。
ソースもスパイシーで旨味があり、私は麺２玉の豚玉大（ソバ）を食べました。持ち帰りでいただきましたが家族みんな美味しい美味しいと言いながらペロリとたいらげました。
大２つ、中１つ、小２つを持ちかえりし、支払いは3100円でした。お腹いっぱい、満足感たっぷりでオススメです。
ちなみにメニューはシンプルで、なんやかんやトッピングなどはありません。ここにも主人のこだわりを感じました。ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございました。

平日の開店時間に伺ったのですが、ご主人お一人で既に予約分を何枚も作っており、多忙の為お店の中で食べることが出来ませんでした。なのでその場で予約して1時間半ぐらい待ってテイクアウトしました。待った甲斐がある美味しさで、人気なのも納得です。本当に来て良かった。また食べたいです。
