うどんを一玉半入れてもらった中盛りの肉玉入りをいただきました。2021年9月現在、670円（税込み）とリーズナブルな価格設定に感謝。たっぷりネギが載ってますが、これが西野さんの定番メニューなのです。
▼愛媛県のお店ですが･･･
西野お好み焼き店は、愛媛県越智郡上島町に位置する弓削島（ゆげとう）の上弓削港の真ん前にあるお店ですが、作り方や具材は、広島県因島（いんのしま）名物の「いんおこ」とほぼ同じ。
というのも弓削と因島はフェリーで片道約5分という対岸の関係にあり、県をまたぐ旅というよりも、バスで隣町に通勤・通学するという距離感なのです。
▼ボテッとしたソースを刷毛で･･･
水溶き小麦粉を円形に薄く延ばし、キャベツをてんこ盛り。その上に焼いたうどんを載っけ、豚バラ肉を並べて、天地をグルンとひっくり返し蒸し焼き状態にすることしばし。仕上げに卵を半熟でコーティングしたら、特製ソースをボテッと落として刷毛で延ばします。このとき、鉄板にソースが落ちてジュワーと音とソースが焦げた香りのハーモニーを聞かせてもらったら、食べたいスイッチが頂点に。あぁ、この瞬間がたまらん。
▼たっぷりのネギが西野流
普通のお好み焼きは、焼き上がったらソースを塗ってカツオ節と青のりが載っかって完成！なんですが、西野さんのお好みにはたっぷりネギがトッピングされます。こいつは、映えますぞ。
▼上弓削港の真ん前にあります
弓削島で港と言えば、下弓削にある「弓削港」が有名ですが、西野お好み焼き店さんは上弓削（かみゆげこう）の真ん前にあります。
上弓削港～因島家老渡（かろうと）に1時間に2本（通勤通学時間帯は3本）定期航路のフェリーが定期就航しています。

Nishino Oshiyaki is a shop located right in front of Yuge Island's Kami Yuge Port, located in Kamijima Town, Ochi District, Ehime Prefecture. Almost the same as "Innoshima".
Because Yuge and Innoshima are on the opposite bank, which is about 5 minutes one way by ferry, it is more like a distance to work or school by bus than a trip across prefectures.

Spread the water-soluble flour thinly in a circle and pour the cabbage. Place the roasted udon noodles on top of it, line up the pork belly, and turn the top and bottom over for a while to make it steamed. To finish, coat the egg with a soft-boiled egg, then drop the special sauce and brush it. Ordinary okonomiyaki is completed by applying sauce after baking and bonito flakes and green laver on it! However, Mr. Nishino's taste is topped with plenty of green onions. This guy looks great.

Speaking of the port on Yuge Island, "Yuge Port" in Shimo Yuge is famous, but Nishino Oshiyaki shop is right in front of Kami Yugeko.
There are two regular ferry services per hour (three during commuting hours) from Kamiyumi Port to Innoshima Family.
