海苔の上の煮干しが味変して中々良い感じで満足の一杯でした。
 I had a limited amount of dried pork bones.
The dried sardines on the seaweed changed the taste and I was satisfied with the good feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好き嫌いはハッキリ別れると思いますが、個人的には好きです。豚骨がベースになっていて、いわゆる「家系ラーメン」というものです。いつも食べるのは「辛味噌ネギラーメン」と「ネギマヨチャーシュー丼」この2つが私の中の鉄板です。麺は中太で濃ゆいスープによく絡みバランスが取れています。ラーメン1つ頼むとサービス券が出てくるので5枚集めれば「餃子」10枚で「ラーメン」15枚で「プレミアム系ラーメン」が食べれます。頻繁に行ってるならばすぐに貯まるので、ラーメン自体の値段はお高めですが、サービス券を考えるとトントンといったところでしょうか。
I think that likes and dislikes are clearly separated, but I personally like it. It is based on pork bones and is a so-called "family ramen". I always eat "Spicy Miso Negi Ramen" and "Negimayo Charshoe Bowl". These two are the iron plates in me. The noodles are well-balanced with the medium-thick, thick soup. If you order one ramen, you will get a service ticket, so if you collect 5 pieces, you can eat "premium ramen" with 10 pieces of "gyoza" and 15 pieces of "ramen". If you go there often, you will be able to collect it quickly, so the price of the ramen itself is high, but considering the service ticket, it's like a ton ton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼間に年休を取ってたから久々に泉の山岡家に行きました。
平日のランチしかやってないセットですかね。
特製味噌と選べるチャーシュー丼のセット。
良かった。
店員2名だったけど提供までには結構、時間が掛かってましたね。
まぁ年休だったから全然、良いけど。
混んでたら多分、相当な待ち時間があるのかと思いました。
券売機が片方は、クレジットカード使えてQR決済と電子マネーも使える様になってました。
これは、凄く良いですね♪
殆どQR決済かクレジットカード払いなので凄く嬉しいです。
特製味噌の味濃いめ背脂変更で、いつも丁度良かったんだけど今日は、味が濃かった。
期間限定のホタテが乗ってる塩ラーメンが美味しいです♪
醤油ラーメンは、普通です。

一番驚いたのはスープの粘度?
麺を大盛りで注文して普通に食べていくと麺が無くなる頃にはスープもほぼ残っておりません?
まぜそば状態?
でもラストに半ライスを投入して おじや的に食べるのには丁度良かったです?

ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー今日も来ました
朝ラーメン(中)を麺の硬さ、脂の量、味の濃さ全てを普通にしていただきました
今まで味が濃く出来るなら濃いめで食べてましたがデフォルトで食べるのも良いですね！

久しぶり？5年ぶりに山岡にきたかな？
朝ラーメンに味玉でいただきました
麺の硬さは普通、脂の量も普通、味の濃さだけ濃いめにしました
感想は脂は少なめ、味薄めにすればよかたかな
煮卵は卵その物の味がしました
もう少し味が付いていれはよかったかな
卵の味が薄い分でラーメンの味が引き立てられるかと思いましたがそうではなかったです
5年前に来て思ったことは
前回は床が油でギトギトで滑ったけど今回は油分を感じない床で清潔でした

個人的に多くの?食べ歩いているけれど、実は「山岡家」さんは初めて。?(^-^;)
結構濃い～い豚骨ベースなんですね。?
「醤油ラーメン（味付け玉子TP）（麺の固さ、脂の量、スープの濃さ。全て普通）」と「チャーシュー丼」をオーダー。
待つ事約10分で着丼。
ご対麺。
スープを一口。
濃い目の豚骨ベースのスープ旨っ！
若干臭みはあるものの、個人的に
好みな味。
麺をズルズル。
軽くチヂれた中太麺がスープに絡み旨っ!!
好みが別れるみたいで、一緒に行った奥はあまり好きではない様でしたが、私的には好みな味で満足でした。(^-^)

ほうれん草、白髪ネギの鉄板トッピングで！
（ほうれん草はたっぷりなので別皿オーダーにして数人でシェアがオススメです！）
油の量や麺の硬さ、味の濃さがオーダー出来、自分好みを見つけるのも山岡家の醍醐味です。
歴代の限定メニューのPOPが店入口付近に置いてありますので、山岡家ファンは『これまた食べたいな〜』なんて思うでしょう。
店の匂いの意見もありますが、あれがあっての山岡家！
まさに『くせになる味、ラーメンの山岡家〜』です！
