スープは甘み強めで後から辛みがくる感じ、ちょい甘みが強すぎるかな…
自分としては刀匠麺はすすりにくかったので、普通の麺にすればよかったかな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブラックラーメンいただきました。コショウ、ブラックペッパーが効いてて美味しい。麺が基本多めなんで、ゆっくり食べる人はちょっと後半、麺が増えるかも
