★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12:50訪問。待ち先客1名10分程で先客さん入り20分待ちで入店。非常にタイミングだと思います。私の後のお客さん待ちなしでした。特製とりそばなるものの食券を購入し着丼まで4分。鶏の香りの割には鷄とりしてない不思議なスープ、塩っけが強い、麺は細麺喉越しの良い細麺。焼鳥に鶏そぼろ、ワンタンとさすが特製だけあって具沢山。自分の好みとは違いますが、バランスの良い美味しいらーめんでした。次回は醤油が食べてみたいです。ご馳走様でした。
Visited at 12:50. One waiting customer enters the store in about 10 minutes and waits for 20 minutes to enter the store. I think it's very timing. I didn't wait for the customers after me. It takes 4 minutes to buy a special Torisoba meal ticket and get to the bowl. A mysterious soup that is not savory for the scent of chicken, has a strong saltiness, and the noodles are thin noodles. There are a lot of ingredients such as yakitori, chicken soboro, wonton and so on. It's different from my taste, but it was a well-balanced and delicious ramen. Next time I would like to eat soy sauce. It was a treat.

店主さんが白髪になってて最初分からなかった。 マンボウ明けの土曜日だったが、駅から遠いためか客は少なめで待ち無しで着席。
特製鳥そばが売り切れのため特製梅塩そばをオーダー。
麺硬が素晴らしい! 全ての具材が秀逸、10超年でも変わらず美味い。
流行りを追いかけない愚直な店主のセンスを満喫して欲しい。 化調で誤魔化さない本物の味だ。

限定15食の特製純とりそば、特製とりそば、ランチタイム肉ごはん、自家製ぬか漬、香菜皿わんたんをいただく。
限定の純とりそばは、どろっとした鶏白湯スープでコラーゲンたっぷりな良い感じ?このスープをランチタイム肉ごはん(たったの50円)に注いで鶏白湯スープご飯にするのがとても美味しかったのでオススメ✨
特製とりそばは、あっさりとした塩味。
香菜皿わんたんはプリプリでボリューミー。ラーメンも「特選」を選ぶと2つデカいワンタンが入ってくるのでお腹いっぱいになる。
100円の自家製ぬか漬も美味しく、刻み生姜もかかっていて、炭水化物ばかり食べる中で罪滅ぼしにも良い?

Coriander plate Wantan is pre-prepared and volumey. If you choose "Specialty" for ramen, you will get two big wontons, so you will be full.
The 100 yen homemade bran pickles are delicious, and they also have chopped ginger, which is good for eradicating while eating only carbohydrates ?

Go with Roasted Pork Soy Sauce Ramen & flavored boiled egg as an extra topping.
(Char-shu Shoyu Soba). Why? As a first time visitor, stick to their Ramen instead of their Tsukemen (dipping style). Avoid Truffe flavoring as it interferes with the true aroma of their soup. Wantan topping was okay, but not necessary. Shoyu (Soy Sauce) soup is their specialty, so go with this first instead of salt soup.
