corona禍。青森は弘前にGoTo…だが。格安ホテルだから恩恵無し。
煮干しラーメンが食べたいと色々調べた結果ここに決める。
家族4人で訪れ、中はあと3人しか座れないく困ってたら、優しい家族が4〜5人用座敷を譲ってくれました。
ありがとうございます！
ビール、ラーメンと豚足をオーダー
ビールは自分で取るシステム。やはりスーパードライ！うーむ、美味い！他にキリン、黒ラベル有り。
豚足は柔らかトロプルプルに煮込まれた絶品。味付けは、魚の煮付けみたいな味付け。これは最高です。
ラーメンはサラッと煮干しが香る、澄んだスープが特徴のオーソドックススタイル…だがしかし、これがまた美味い。
細縮れ麺は軽く甘味があり、歯応えもある。スープが良く絡みます。
チャーシューは薄いがデカく、食べた感がある。味もまた良し。
麩もスープを吸ってて美味い。
しかし、煮干しスープ。これは美味いですね。煮干しってこんなに美味いんだ…参った
普段二郎。二郎系ばかり食べいた自分であるが煮干しラーメン…よかった！
次の日も来たら。日曜定休日でした。また、弘前に来ます！

Order beer, ramen and pork leg
A system where beer is taken by yourself. After all super dry! Hmmm, delicious! In addition, there are giraffe and black label.
The pork leg is a superb dish that is stewed in a soft troll. Seasoning is like boiling fish. This is the best.
Ramen is an orthodox style characterized by a clear soup with a touch of dried sardines, but this is also delicious.
Fine crispy noodles are light and sweet, and have a crunchy texture. The soup is well entwined.
The pork is thin, but it's big, and it feels like it's eaten. The taste is also good.
Fu also smokes soup and is delicious.
But the dried broth. This is delicious. The dried sardines are so delicious...
Usually Jiro. I was the only one who ate Jiro, but it was nigiri ramen...good!
If the next day comes It was a regular holiday on Sunday. I will come to Hirosaki again!

皆さまのオススメ通り、豚足にビール、中華そばで締めました。豚足は醤油ベースでトロトロ、臭みもなく今まで食べた中で一番の旨さ！ビールと最高によく合う。中華そばは優しい味で飲んだ後にちょうどいいですね。隣のお兄さんは豚足持帰りしてました。あー、また食べたい。

As everyone recommended, we tightened pork legs with beer and Chinese soba noodles. The pork leg is soy sauce-based, so it ’s the best taste I ’ve ever had! Works great with beer. Chinese soba is just right after drinking with a gentle taste. The next brother took home with his pork leg. I want to eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの豚足がトロトロで旨い。ラーメンはどんぶりが小ぶりでスープもナミナミではなく、飲み屋街の〆には丁度良いようなあっさりした味。チャーシューは一枚が大きい。
The pork trotter here is delicious. The ramen has a small bowl and the soup is not savory, and it has a light taste that is just right for the bar. One piece of char siu is big.

オーダーはクチコミの諸先輩を参考にさせて頂きました。
豚足はプルプルトロトロで美味い！「これがコラーゲンよ」と自己主張してくるような物凄い食感。こんなの初めて食べました。
中華はあっさり目でスーッと入ってくる。飲みの〆にはもってこいだろう。
親子丼はしっかりとした味付けでガツガツいける。
中華も親子丼も美味い！
普段は一滴も飲まないのに調子に乗ってビールまで飲んで（死ぬほど効いた）、満腹＆酔っ払ってフラフラとネグラへ帰りました。

ラーメンはさっぱりしていて、満腹だとしても食べれちゃう感じです。飲んだ後に最高です。
3品食べ飲みして1900円でした。満足です。
