k	komo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油らーめんは味が薄く、テーブル醤油足しました。たぶん、業務用のタレを使っているから、醤油、味噌、とんこつ、塩などのいろんな種類を出せるのだと思います。それ自体は悪いとは言いませんが、スープも、なにで出汁とってるのかな? 40年前のサービスエリアで出していたような、美味しくないらーめんでした。決定的な不味さは、ライスでした。ラーメン屋や、中華料理屋にありがちなのですが、今日炊いたご飯の上に、布巾などひいて、布巾の上に前日分の残りご飯を混ざらないようにして、保温したりすると、何度も使用している布巾だと細菌が発生してて、匂うんです。その匂いがご飯に移るんです。洗濯の生乾きのような匂いです。この店が、そうしているかはわかりませんが、私に出されたライスは臭く、一口もたべられませんでした。残してごめんなさい。 The soy sauce ramen has a light taste, so I added table soy sauce.
