店もボロいし汚いけどそれがまた良い
ラーメンは辛いだけの醤油では無く
癖になる味、ラーメン食べたい日って
ありますけど、珍龍が食べたい日まで
あるくらいです。麺は細麺でスープと
よく合ってる、チャーシューは
一口サイズの小さめですがおっちゃんが
全て煮込んで味付けしてある
それだけで食べたくなるくらいに美味い
メンマも同じく味付き、仕込みは
大変やと思いますが、その甲斐あって
全ての具材が麺、スープに良く合う
歳のせいか麺は硬めで言わんと
柔らかい時がある、チャーハンも
少し味濃いめで頼むと醤油の効いてて
癖になる味に仕上がる、一度食べて
欲しいのが、ざるラーメンで
呼んで字の如く、ざる蕎麦の
ラーメン版、麺が美味すぎる
醤油の効いたラーメンではわかりづらいが
ざるで食べると麺自体が本間に
美味いって伝わる、出汁付けず麺だけで
食べても美味いのは正直驚く
チャーシュー麺のチャーシューが
物足りないのとセットメニューがないので
少し割高になってしまうので

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真相不明ですし、旨かったら基本なんでも良いと考える派ですが、銀閣寺云々と書かれていることから、美味しかった頃のマスタニを思い出しました。手作りの味を守ってる横綱？的要素もあり、初めて行った時はすごく懐かしかったです。
ここも北の9号線沿いにある東東、いずれも店主は高齢で跡継ぎもいらっしゃらないようですし、こういう気分に浸れるのも今だけかなと。油まみれの謎のつけ麺やらがラーメンのスタンダードとなったこの時代、ただただ無くなる一方の古き良き中華そば。それが消えていくのを見るのは、あまりに辛いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン(並)と炒飯を頂きました。麺はストレート麺で茹で方が少し柔らかめ。チャーシューは赤身も脂身もトロトロでチャーシュー自体の味も美味しいです。見た目よりスープは濃くなく、カウンターの調味料で胡椒とラーメン用のタレで自分好みに味変させて美味しく頂きました。炒飯は味付けがしっかりしてて美味いです。お店の入口付近に監視カメラがあり、店前の道路を映しています。お店前に路上駐車した時の監視用のカメラみたいです。近くにコインパーキングもあります。

コクのある醤油と少しピリ辛の鶏がらスープに中細ストレート麺がよく合い、豚バラチャーシューが美味しいお店です。
今は二代目が切り盛りされておりスープもグレードアップされておりラーメンメニュー以外も豊富になっていました。
創業以来の味を守りながら進化を遂げている美味しいラーメンでした。
