今回食べたのは、細麺グループの白玉さん。
味はとんこつ。
ユニークなラーメン屋。
メニュー表にキャサリンやイケ麺など、面白い名前のラーメンがある。
ランチには、ご飯おかわり自由（なくなったら終了）もあり、ボリュームはグッド。
ご飯だけじゃ足りない大食い達には、
替え玉も注文できる。120円
耳をすませば、塩バターを注文する人が多いイメージ。気になる。
感染対策もしており、アルコール、透明の板でしっかりとテーブルも区切っている。
お箸、水はセルフサービス。
箸がテーブルになくわからなかったが、店員が「お箸はそこよ」とフォローしてくださりました。
だが、注文ベルがないため、違う席の方が叫んで呼んでいたけど誰も気づかず。
忙しい時間は、バタバタしてるので時間をずらすのが?ちなみに、昼は11時-14時
PayPay対応してます。

赤を食べました?
出てきたときはチャーシューが赤くなってるのを見てドキッとしましたが、スープはスッキリした辛味。辛いだけじゃない❗旨味のつまったスープでした。麺は細麺。私は、細麺が大好き♥️やっぱり、ここが大好き。
私は唐揚げ2個餃子2個付いたセットにしました。ラーメンは勿論ですが、この唐揚げ⤴️パリッとした外側ジュワとした内側。
そして、唐揚げのお隣にちょっとキャベツ。ちょっと辛いラーメンに、このキャベツがあることで、お口の中の環境が変わります。頼んで良かったこのセット。おすすめです。

I ate red.
When it came out, I saw it looking red and the soup was refreshingly pungent. It was not only painful, it was a soup filled with umami. Noodles are fine noodles. I love fine noodles ♥ ️ After all, I love this place.
I made a set with 2 fried chicken with dumplings. Of course nothing of ramen, inside of this deep-fried crispy outer jewel.
And a little cabbage next to the fried chicken. The presence of this cabbage in a bit spicy ramen changes the environment in your mouth. This set I was glad to ask. it's recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒玉はあっさり醤油味。白玉は醤油豚骨スープ。白玉、甘いので玉葱が出汁に使われているのかと思いきや使われていないとの事。
なお『キャサリンのわかめ』とはキャサリンさん(日本人女性)が収穫したわかめとの事でした。
Black balls have a light soy sauce flavor. Shiratama is soy sauce pork bone soup. White balls are sweet, so I wondered if onion was used in the soup stock and it was not used.

見た目ほど辛くなくて 細麺が好み。
淡路島玉ねぎもたっぷりスープにういてます。
全種類たべましたが、みそラーメンが１番すきかも
