★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の合間にいつもお邪魔しています、大阪出身の自分達ですのでお好み焼きの味は何となくわかっているつもりでしたがしかしクルーズさんのお好み焼きは特別に味わい深いものがあります、なにでしょう？やはり拘りのソース？拘りの素材？とにかく美味しいです、淡路島に越して早１３年淡路の美味しいもの探検も終盤戦に突入ですが、欠かさず頂くのがクルーズさん！不思議と足が向きます、具材も新鮮そのもの淡路の野菜などは新鮮が取り柄ですので損なうことなく頂けます。観光にお見えになられた方々にも ホテルの食事の合間に除いてみてはいかがでしょうか？とても明るいスタッフの皆さんと美人ママの地元の皆さんの会話を小耳に挟むのもかなりのローカル感がたっぷり クルーズならではの淡路島の趣を感じて頂けますよ・・お勧めスポットです！！

掘りごたつ式の鉄板テーブルは元々 区画されており 手消毒対策もされています
モダン焼きのなかの麺もモチモチでおいしかったです。
テーブルにマヨネーズ、一味唐辛子等あります

ミックスモダン焼き おいしかったです。しっかりとしたイカも存在感?
