どちらも特別美味いって感じでは無く美味いです。
大盛りで頂きました。

どこが良いのかと言うと、あっさり過ぎず濃すぎずの絶妙なバランスなスープが魅力的ですね。
高級ラーメン店が出す透明感のある塩ラーメンとは色が全く違います。この濃さが丁度よくて最後までスープを飲みたくなる美味しさです。
ピッチャーの水にレモンを入れてあるのも高評価ポイントですね！
Shio ramen is delicious! !!
What is good is the exquisitely balanced soup that is neither too light nor too thick.
The color is completely different from the transparent salt ramen offered by high-end ramen shops. This strength is just right and it is delicious that you want to drink the soup until the end.

商店街の中にあるラーメン屋さん。平日21時半に訪問。店内はお客さん1名。しかしながら22時くらいには8割程の席が埋まりました。飲み会の〆利用が多いのかな。
オススメは味噌ラーメンとのことで、味噌ラーメンを。通常1辛で、0.5～3まで辛さを変更できます。
スープは濃厚のどろっとした味噌。にんにくがガツンと来まして、甘み辛さのバランスがほどよかったです。麺はもちっとしていました。
トッピングの薄めチャーシューは手作り感があってよかったですが、メンマは買ったものかな、という感じ。ネギがめっちゃ辛い。辛いネギが好きな僕はよかったです。

The soup is thick and thick miso. The garlic came with a bang, and the sweetness and spiciness were well balanced. The noodles were chewy.
I'm glad that the thin char siu with toppings had a handmade feel, but I think Menma was something I bought. The green onions are really spicy. I'm glad I like spicy green onions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日11時50分に入店。12時10分に満席。味噌バターをオーダー。スープは濃厚で旨し。麺は中太縮れで良いのだが、もう少し旨みが欲しい。
Entered at 11:50 on weekdays. Full at 12:10. I ordered miso butter. The soup is rich and delicious. The noodles can be crispy, but I want a little more flavor.

昼ピーク過ぎると空いてる席が多く落ち着いて食べられます。
味噌ラーメン＋鮭オニギリ940円はおすすめです。ランチメニューですが、お茶碗にご飯ではなく手作りオニギリで美味しいです。
味噌ラーメンは、北海道出身の方が納得する地元北海道の味噌ラーメンと高い評価です。
こってりだけど、あっさりな味付けで満足できました。

Didn't know Japanese and what's in the menu and just ordered what's in the picture and it was too spicy for me, second time came back for the garlic miso ramen. Then I knew what ramen is supposed to taste like, everything is in the soup, not the meat. Oishii
