多分家系チェーンラーメン好きの人からは辛口意見でてるかな？
私は一福ラーメンは高評価します(*^^*)
調理中のマスター見てごらんなさい。美味しい料理を客に提供したいと思う表情が伝わります。奥さん？バイト？の接客態度も丁寧です。
提供されたラーメン。丁寧に盛り付けされてますやん(*^^*)♪1つ1つ丁寧に作りました感があるんですよね。
味も何処と無くお嬢品（笑）ラーメンに嬢品さはいらないんですが普通に上品ラーメンでした(*^^*)
口でなんか説明しにくい美味しさがあるんですよね(´・∀・｀)なんだろ？
ラーメン以外は食べてないのでお店の評価は4で止めてますがラーメン単品の話ならば☆5つけさせていただきますm(_ _)m♪リピートありの店でした(*^^*)

常連じゃない人は帰されてましたので、20時半くらいまでに来店すれば大丈夫でしょう。
なお、このような店なので、分煙もなされていません。

3次会で寄りました。塩ラーメンを頂きましたが、酔ってたので味がわかりませんでした(T_T)
また、食べに行きたいと思います。
ラーメンは1杯750円だったかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日食べに行き、カウンター席で手羽先や味噌ラーメンを食べました。
思っていた異常にアッサリしていて食べやすかったのと、トッピングも追加しても800円ほどで納まったのがなんとも嬉しかったです。
ただ1点気になったのは、喫煙者と禁煙者の壁がないことです。居酒屋だから仕方ないかなと思うのですが、隣で座れるとやはり煙がこちらにも来るので、楽しい気持ちが少し半減しました。そこら辺また工夫していただけるといいなと思います。

美味しくてスープ飲み干しました‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油と連れは塩ラーメンをチョイス。味玉とチャーシューをトッピングしてもらいました。ラーメンは見た目も良くアッサリして食べやすかったです。チャーシューが分厚く食べ応えあります。味玉も少ししょっぱ目で黄身のまろやかさと合わさっておいしかったです。麺は細麺から中太麺に変えられたようですが細麺に戻された方がいいかもしれません。しかしこのご時世に分煙されておらず、仕切りプレートもしていて各机にアルコールを置きコロナ対策もバッチリかとおもいきや料理を作る店主がノーマスク。しかも作っている間小さく咳してるやん‼️お客様にはマスクと除菌を求めるのに店主の衛生はいいのか？
結論…もう行かない。
