★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本来であれはオープン直後に行くつもりでしたが、中々機会がなく年末に漸く初訪問しました。個人的に鶏肉系があまり得意ではないので「ド煮干しラーメン¥830 +大盛り¥100」をオーダーしました。余程煮干しを強調してるらしく、券売機に煮干しが苦手の人はご遠慮くださいとの注意書があるほどでした。個人的には煮干しスープの方が好きなので、意気揚々と楽しみに着丼を待ちました。そして着丼されたスープを見ると確かに濃厚そうな濃い色をしたスープでした。見るからに醤油の角を立たせた攻撃的な味なんだろうなと思いながらスープを一口。するとその予想は見事に裏切られました。意外すぎるほどコクのある口当たりで、際立たせた煮干しの風味とベストに調和されていて感動しました。麺も食べごたえのあるゴチゴチとした食感の太ちぢれ麺でこれまたどストライクの好みでした。個人的に嫌いな鶏もつを全面に出した新庄のラーメン事情に間違いなく新風を起こすであろうと思いました。数少ない新庄地域の好みのラーメン屋に今後も推していこうと決めました。

A bite of soup, thinking that it might be an aggressive taste with soy sauce horns. Then the expectation was betrayed brilliantly. The mouthfeel was surprisingly rich, and I was impressed by the harmonious flavor of the dried sardines and the vest. The noodles were also chewy and chewy, and the noodles were thick and chewy, which was another favorite of strikes. I thought that it would definitely bring a new twist to the ramen situation in Shinjo, where I personally disliked chicken offal. 味もさる事ながら、テキパキと捌き明るいオペレーションも気持ちが良いです。
13時を過ぎているのに、まだ外に並ぶのも頷けます。
最上地区で一躍屈指の有名店ですね。

ど煮干しラーメンの方は、煮干し耐性がないと、独特のえぐみに負けるかも。
チャーシュー丼は、具だくさんで、ボリューム満点!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の11時40分頃来店。席に着く頃には満席に。ど煮干しラーメン、スープを一口飲むと煮干しのエグみがガツンと来る。あら、これは無理かなと二口目いったら美味しい！不思議でした。ダメな人はダメかもしれない。今、流行りの低温調理の焼豚、このエグみあるスープには合わないような。個人的には。麺は平たい感じの中太縮れ麺で美味しい。
油そばは、意外に汁多めでこちらは煮干しはきいてるけど中毒性はない感じ。
次は親どりラーメン食べてみたい。
