辛いラーメンを食べたくてラーメンウォーカーで探して行ってみることに
【店舗内外】
雑居ビルの地下一階、看板は出ているのですが、他の店舗の看板と乱立しているのでわかりにくいかも。
階段で地下に降りればすぐ店舗が見えます。
女性一人では入りにくいかな、地下に降りることもあって。
内装はラーメン屋さんらしからずポップな感じ、前のお店のままかも。
【旨辛ラーメン】
スープ…三段階選べますが、一番辛くないものでも中本の北極ちょい下くらいあると思います。
ただ、旨味が少ない。
麺…縮れ中麺。どこだったか、札幌の有名製麺所のものを使っているそうですが合っているとは思いにくいものがあります。麺自体は美味しい。
辛いラーメンには合わないだけかも。

Soup ... You can choose from three levels, but I think the least spicy one is just below Nakamoto's North Pole.
However, it has little umami.
Noodles ... Curly noodles. It seems that they are using the ones from a famous noodle factory in Sapporo, but there are some that are hard to think that they match. The noodles themselves are delicious.
Maybe it just doesn't go well with spicy ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気ありそうなのだが空いてる。入るとその理由が分かる女性店員が自動音声の方が人間味あるなと思わせるような対応の悪さ。
ラーメンは西山製麺に頼ってるだけで特にこだわりも特徴もない。店を出るときは、女性店員はラーメン食いながら適当に挨拶。あれなら、ファミマの効果音のほうがマシ。
お得意様システムがあるみたいなので、50回ぐらい通うと普通のお店ぐらいの対応に変わるのかもしれない。仙台美味しいラーメン屋沢山あるのでもうこのレベルのラーメンはリピートはないです。アーメン。

入り口近くの席に案内されたけど、かなり暑くて暑くてやばかった。扇風機とか欲しいかも…外の方が涼しかった
ハイボール頼んだらジョッキに餃子の羽みたいなのがついていた…
麺が美味しい。スープはちょっとしょっぱいかったけど暑くて汗だくだったのでよかったのかもしれない。
涼しくなったらまた行ってみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウトで激辛頼みました!赤い油とそそり立つ唐辛子に期待度は高まりましたがカップ麺の北極食べれれば難なく食べれました。味は札幌味噌ラーメン特有の炒めたラードに中細縮れ麺、辣油の油膜に揚げた唐辛子？がのっていて特に特徴があるわけでもない無難な味噌ラーメンでした。テイクアウトだからかもしれませんがw今はわかりませんが飲み放題あるみたいなのでシメラーまで一軒で済ませたい方はいいかもです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太麺の味噌ラーメンが多い仙台で、細麺の札幌ラーメンは貴重で北海道出身の我が家にはドンピシャ✨野菜もしゃきしゃきでスープの美味しかったです。旨辛の中辛は結構辛いのでいきなり大辛にするのはお気を付けください。店内はピンクのポップな感じでラーメン屋の雰囲気じゃありませんが、前のテナントのままなのかな？と思いましたが、美味しければOKなので気になりませんでした。また行きたいです。

gotoキャンペーンでランチタイムのお店を探していて見つけ入って見ました。まず、店内カワイイ♪得に女性に受け入れられやすいファンシーさです。味噌ラーメンはスープがサラサラしているタイプで濃厚が好きな私には少し物足りない感じ。ただ、味は良いので好みの人も多いと思います。個人的にはラーメンよりもセットで頼んだチャーハンがとても美味し感じました。普通より黒く炒められたチャーハンはパラパラで旨味たっぷり。今度はチャーハンを大盛りで食べてみたいかな。

以前は☆4にしていましたが☆１に変更。
再来店した際、フードデリバリーの料理を回収しに来た外国人のお兄さんを日本語がわからない事を理由に罵倒を浴びせていました。もの凄い大きな声で罵詈雑言を吐き、出来事は廊下でしたが店内で食事をしている私にも丸聞こえ。。ほかのお客さんは動画撮ってる人もいましたが、私はそんな事をする気にもなれず、あまりにも気分が悪かったので途中で箸を置いて帰りました。
もう、二度と行くことは無いでしょう。

スープ：普通に美味しい
麺：西山製麺。
初めて食べましたがプルプルもちもちでした
具材：もやし玉ねぎひき肉を炒めたもの
個人的に玉ねぎの辛さが残ってて苦手でした
色んなメニュー食べてみたいです
平日の夜だからかスタッフ1人だけでした
来店とテイクアウト両方やっていて大変そうでした
後から来たスーツの方はそこそこ待っていたと思います
